Doctor Speaks Out On Three Bizarre Theories About People Who Have ‘Never Broken A Bone’
A doctor has spoken out on three bizarre theories about people who have never broken a bone.
While for many, breaking a bone feels like an inevitable part of a busy life, one corner of the internet has provided a much more unusual explanation.
If you’ve spent your childhood climbing trees, playing sports, or simply being a little reckless, it’s likely you’ve caught yourself a fracture or two at some point.
But for those lucky lot who haven’t experienced a break, a content creator on TikTok, who’s known for diving into speculative theories, has shared some interesting ideas about why certain people have managed to go through life without a single fracture.
However, the theories are far from backed in science, so naturally, a doctor has spoken out in response.

Sara, the creator behind the account @sarasweirdworld, has presented three theories to explain why some people have never broken a bone.
The first is what she calls spiritual protection.
She notes: “Apparently, there is a spiritual reason why people have never broken a bone. That’s because they are protected by spiritual protection.
“Almost untouchable in a weird sense. Protected by the higher powers.”
The second explanation delves into the idea of karmic energy.
Sara explains: “The theory is that these types of people possess good karma, which they’ve earned by doing actions and kind deeds.
“This protects the individuals from coming to any harm.”
And the final theory is related to the belief of reincarnation.
Sara suggests that individuals who’ve had difficult or traumatic past lives may now be enjoying somewhat of a more pleasurable experience.
“It is said that those people in this life who have never broken a bone may have experienced significant trauma in a past life,” she says.

“So, the theory suggests that they are being spared from having similar experiences in this life.”
Of course, when Dr Suhail Hussain and the Royal Osteoporosis Society caught wind of the bizarre theories, they had some debunking to do.
Speaking to LADbible, the medical professional noted that the likelihood of you breaking a bone is ‘not all random or down to divine protection.’
“It’s a mix of your genes, lifestyle, and even what you eat could be making your bones weaker or stronger,” he explained.
For example, the strength of your bones can come down to your DNA.
Dr Hussain said: “Bone strength is largely inherited. That includes how dense your bones are, how well your body processes calcium, and even how your skeleton is built.
“Some of us are naturally more prone to thinner bones – and those can snap more easily under pressure.”
“Lifestyle plays a huge role in whether or not you’ll suffer a fracture one day,” said the healthcare expert.
So it seems that Sara’s spiritual explanations may be lacking a little concrete evidence.
