A paralyzed man and his able-bodied fiancée have answered the one question everyone always asks.

Neven Hart, from southern California, U.S., became paralyzed following a tragic accident involving a dirt bike two years ago.

He and his partner, Amber Cogbill, have since gained tons of social media attention as they vulnerably open up to viewers and share their experiences.

Recently, the couple went viral on TikTok after opening up more than ever.

Hart, who is in his early twenties, lost feeling and movement below his injury through an accident of unclear circumstances.

Cogbill told BuzzFeed: “We are unsure of exactly how he crashed because no one saw it actually happen and he knocked himself out.”

Now, Hart cannot ‘feel or move anything’ from his T6 vertebrae or below, located mid-torso.

Cleveland Clinic says the T6 nerves (through to the T12 nerves) affect your abdominal and back muscles. These nerves, alongside muscles, help balance, posture, and coughing.

How this has affected Hart and Cogbill’s love life has led many TikTokers to ask somewhat intrusive questions.

The couple decided to put an end to such questions with an educational video, and they didn’t hold back.

After watching their viral video, people have taken to the comments and praised the pair for their openness on such a sensitive matter.

One viewer says: “I have never seen this topic on the internet, this is so important. Thanks for sharing.”

Another admits: “I’ve been wondering this my entire life.”

“Wow, so impressive your openness to educate even on sensitive topics,” writes a third.

A fourth TikToker comments: “You guys are very mature and well-spoken about your situation.”

“This is very educational,” pens someone else. “I’m not paralyzed or anything but I see so much value in this video as it restores a lot of hope for so many individuals. Thank you for using your platform like this.”

Explaining why they decided to make the video, Cogbill told BuzzFeed: “Knowing what we know now, we are posting this information so we can help other young couples or individuals who are going through the same thing.”

Although Hart can’t feel his p**nis, the couple wants people to know that s** is still intimate and enjoyable.

Before the couple can get intimate, Hart must inject a medication called Trimix into the base of his p**nis. This will allow him to be fully erect.

Although effective, Trimix is incredibly expensive – Cogbill says two vials cost $140 and are not covered by insurance.

Once the medication has worked its magic, the two use positions they learned during physical therapy.

Hart wants to clarify that while he can’t move his legs, he is certainly not a ‘pillow princess.’

Cogbill and Hart use four foam pieces to help switch up positions – apparently, the Intimate Rider is the most helpful.

Designed for people with spinal cord injuries and other mobility-limiting disabilities, the chair will rock and move when the person sitting in it moves their head.

Like Trimix, the Intimidate Rider wasn’t covered by insurance and cost $500.

Since his accident, Hart says he’s learned to ‘enjoy s** in new ways’ and ‘practice makes perfect.’

He added: “With time, you learn what works and what doesn’t.”
