Woman Has Been Dubbed The Inked Barbie As She Shows Off Her Tattooed Body For Fans

A woman has been dubbed the inked Barbie as she shows off her tattooed body on social media, which certainly gives her an edgy look in comparison to other Barbie lookalikes.

Ann-Gaël Croizer Lusignan, who is a model, influencer, actress and DJ, loves to base her style off the blonde-haired, blue-eyed Barbie doll yet also loves getting tattoos, giving her a rather alternative look.

The Instagram model has recently taken to social media to give her fans insight into what her tattoos are about and what they symbolise.

The 22-year-old told Daily Star Online: “I always loved the idea of the stereotype – of being a petite, blonde girl with blue eyes.

“Plus, with all my tattoos, I decided to bring together both worlds and it became my trademark!”

Unlike other Barbie lookalikes, Ann-Gaël who has over 64,100 followers on Instagram, doesn’t have to airbrush her skin so it is blemish-free. Instead, the blonde beauty embraces her inked skin and the stories it represents.

Ann-Gaël’s tattoo journey began when she was just 15 as she decided to have her first tattoo.

Ann-Gaël said: “I feel like when I was young, I was kind of hurt, by a lot of things in my life and, for me, getting piercings and tattoos was a way to let out the pain.

“So around the age of 13, I started getting piercings.

“I had around 14 piercings and after that came the tattoos.

“Now that I’m grown, my vision of getting inked is different, it’s more for the art of it and to express myself.

“I honestly can’t say how many I have now, but I’d say half of my body is covered… and I’m not done yet!”

Originally from Arizona but raised in Montreal, Canada, the beauty has described her personality as very spontaneous, as she loves switching from “colourful and cute” to wearing black-on-black.

She noted: “That’s what I love the most from fashion, expressing my feelings with the way I look!”

When asked by Daily Star which of all her tattoos was her favourite, the influencer responded by saying the grim reaper on her right arm.

She explained: “The grim reaper holds love (two hands holding a heart) and love bleeds.

“This one really speaks to me.

“I was in a difficult relationship for years and it reminds me of the pain I went through, that now I am turning into something beautiful. I found myself by losing it.”

Amongst other tattoos she has, she also commented on the ‘Stay Gold’ thigh tattoo she has.

Ann-Gaël said: “I had this one done when I was 16-years-old.

“It says ‘Stay Gold’ for me is it means like, stay gold, stay unique and stay the way you are – gold.”

The model has plans for further tattoos in the future, with her next project being her underboob area (ribs) and all of her back.

One day, she hopes to be based in Los Angeles where she could expand her company and even get her own TV show.

However, she is aware that there is going to be haters. Yet when it comes to them, she puts their negative comments to the back of her mind.

Ann-Gaël said: “I’ve been dealing with haters for years, I’m so over it now.

“I know that I have succeeded in my life, and I’m proud of myself, proud of my self-improvement.

“Whatever I’m doing, there’s going to be someone who will disagree with it.”

She added: “The funniest part, is that people will never understand that the more you talk about me, the more attention I have.”
