A woman has claimed that she was kicked out of a car inspection station because she was wearing an ‘inappropriate’ crop top.
Tia Woods has taken to TikTok and called out the site for shaming her outfit and allegedly telling her she should put on a shirt.
She captioned the post: “Didn’t know getting your car inspected had a dress code!!!!”

In the clip, the TikToker sarcastically said: “What I’m about to show you is potentially very dangerous for the welfare of your car so make sure your vehicle is nowhere near your phone for the next like 10 seconds.”
Woods then showed off the outfit she wore to the station.
She continued: “I actually didn’t put much thought into my clothing before I came here, to be honest. I didn’t think it mattered.”
The woman then said she had been made to stand away from the other customers while she waited for her car and ended up feeling like a ‘disgrace’.
“I’m sorry, are you inspecting [the car] or baptising it?” she questioned.

Woods’ clip has now accumulated over 1.2million views and thousands have taken to the comments to debate whether or not the station acted wrongly.
“THEY are inappropriate for that,” one viewer fumed.
Another added: “It does look like a bathing suit top but damn, there’s no dress code to sit in the waiting area.”
However, not everyone agreed with Woods and argued that her top wasn’t appropriate.
A person commented: “That’s not even a shirt. It’s a fancy bra at best.”
In agreement, a second said: “I’m surprised they didn’t just refuse service.”
