A woman has claimed that she was ‘kicked out of her brother’s wedding by her own mum,’ and the video has now gone viral.
Sophia Kim took to TikTok and recounted the day of celebrations, saying: “Got kicked out of my brother’s wedding reception by my own mother.
“Mom made an executive decision once I broke a wine glass by setting it down on the table too hard.”

Later on, she explained: “She kicked me out at midnight and everyone else was there till 4am.
“She made the right choice, I was wrecked.”
According to The Daily Dot, Kim blamed her antics on her ’emotions,’ as she had not seen her family for a long time.
She reportedly told the news outlet: “I basically didn’t get to see any of my family members for over two years, and so this was the first time I saw my brother in two years and seven months. And then it was the first time I met his wife, Klara… so I think my emotions were just really bubbling up.
“I think for me, [drinking] was to cope with how I was feeling, so it was kind of like an escape from these emotions.”

In the comments, users were divided by Kim’s behaviour on the special day.
One viewer wrote: ‘I’m not saying you’re an alcoholic but if you have to get kicked out.”
However, others saw the funny side, with one saying: “If you don’t look like this at a wedding, did you really even attend?”
A second admitted: “I got sent home at my sister’s wedding too. Didn’t give my maid of honour speech cause I was too drunk.”
