The shocking moment a woman was allegedly ‘slapped by a security guard’ at Wireless Festival has been shared online.
Apparently, it all kicked off when the female, who appears to be in her early twenties, tried taking a shortcut to the bar, just minutes before Meek Mill’s set.
The man who filmed the clip and posted it on Twitter, known only as Scotty, told ARK Media: “The queue for the bar was mad. She tried going in through the exit to the bar, but they went in the wrong way.”

It was at this point that the security guard apparently tried to intervene and prevent her from walking through to the ‘exit’ to get to the bar quicker.
The woman, who wore a bright pink top, appeared to be frustrated by the member of staff and allegedly began pulling at his vest.
However, other festivalgoers then began to get involved and the security guards reportedly ended up finding themselves in a scuffle.
The clip has caused a huge stir on social media.
One person said: “She totally deserved it. Security there for a reason and has every right to hit if they’re aggressive towards them.”
Another added: “But what were the security guards supposed to do? Deserved reaction in my opinion.”
“£12 an hour to be dealing with s*** like that,” a third tweeted.
At the time of writing, Wireless Festival has not commented on the incident.
