A woman who claims to have the ‘world’s biggest cheeks’ has revealed that she has even more surgery plans.
Anastasia Pokreshchuk, from Kyiv, Ukraine, has an Instagram following of 263,000 and often shares updates with fans about what she wants to do next when it comes to plastic surgery.
Most recently, one follower asked the model: “When will you do breast surgery and what size? And are you planning to do butt implants?”

In response, the 32-year-old said she definitely wants chest implants and is hoping to go up to a D-cup, before commenting: “Nature didn’t give me any breasts at all.”
However, Pokreshchuk explained that she doesn’t want to get butt implants and instead, is considering undergoing liposuction.
She added: “No I’m not planning to do butt implants because I will do liposuction and put the fat into my a**.”
As well as spending around £1,500 on cheek fillers, the social media star has also admitted to having had lip fillers, veneers and changes made to her jaw and chin so they’re more defined.
Previously, Pokreshchuk has opened up to fans about how fillers have made her feel confident in her looks.
In a social media post, she confessed: “I was ashamed of everything; my voice, my appearance. It was really hard work.
“I think I was ugly before. My mom thinks that I was naturally beautiful before, but now I think I look more exotic and my friends say my new appearance is better because before I looked like a grey mouse.”
Since undergoing her transformation, Pokreshchuk has reportedly said she attracts lots of attention while out and about, as well as social media. However, she has received the odd cruel message.
She claimed: “I’ve had people tell me I am an ugly b**** and that I should kill myself but when I see it I just laugh it off and ignore it.”
