You Can Now Get Maltesers Buttons, Milky Way And Galaxy Triple Choc Cakes!

Some great news has just been announced for chocaholics, as you can now get Maltesers Button, Milky Way and Galaxy triple chocolate cakes to scoff on during the coronavirus lockdown.

The chocolate bar cakes have now launched in Tesco stores across the UK and they look absolutely divine.

The Maltesers Chocolate Button Cake is a moist chocolate sponge cake that has a filling of dark chocolate frosting. The cake is decorated with some yummy chocolate buttons that are stuffed full of sweet honeycomb pieces for that added texture.

In addition, the Galaxy Triple Chocolate Cake is a rich chocolate sponge that has a rich white chocolate filling. The Galaxy cake is adorned with milk chocolate icing and ripple pieces, alongside other chocolate toppings. Seriously, it’s too drool-worthy.

Galaxy triple chocolate or Maltesers buttons – which cake would you choose? Swipe for shots and videos of both! My favourite was the @galaxyuk cake as I loved the flavour of the white chocolate frosting filling and it was generously decorated with mini ripple pieces, chocolate drops and white chocolate curls. The @maltesersuk cake was delicious and extra chocolatey but I felt it needed more Maltesers buttons on top. Found these in @tescofood when I called in for essentials after work ? #cake #chocolate #cakes #dessert #desserts #dessertporn #wow #yummy #chocolatecake #galaxy #whitechocolate #balance #cheatmeal #delicious #food #foodie #foodporn #junkfood #newfood #foodfind #review #galaxy #maltesers #carbsarelife #snacks #chocolatelover #foodvideo #recovery #chocolates

Foodie Helen J Tea posted about the new cakes on her Instagram, commenting: “The @maltesersuk cake was delicious and extra chocolatey.

“But I felt it needed more Maltesers buttons on top!”

She then added: “[There was a] decent amount of icing but the cakes were pretty small”.

Both cakes have exclusively launched in Tesco last week at a reasonable price of £3 and you can purchase them in-store and online.

Meanwhile, there is also a Milky Way Shooting Star Cake that has landed just this week.

At the slightly more expensive £12, the sponge cake is layered with delicious chocolate ganache and it is covered in milk chocolate decorations. Like the chocolate bar it’s inspired from, it also has a soft and fluffy form.

As it goes without saying, if you fancy any of these chocolate cake treats, then you need to make sure you’re buying them alongside your essentials on your next supermarket trip.

In other food-related news, Cadbury Dream bars have been relaunched in the UK for a limited time only, and they are exclusively available at B&M.
