YouTuber, 24, Pays Off Dad’s Mortgage So That He Can Retire – Leaving Him Emotional

YouTube star Jamie Nyland has left his dad emotional after he told him he had paid off his mortgage in full. This heartwarming gesture means that his dad can now retire much earlier than planned.

Jamie Nyland, 24, decided to pay off his dad’s mortgage so that he could retire early, which led his father to weep at his son’s generous act of kindness.

The YouTube star, from Gloustershire, revealed to his dad, Richard, that he had paid off his mortgage while recording the special moment on TikTok.

Walking into his dad’s bedroom, Jamie handed his dad the keys to the house and said: “I’ve just paid off your mortgage.

“I’ve just rung the bank and paid off every single penny left on your mortgage. You now own this whole house.

“You’ve worked your whole life and now you can retire.”

Richard then hugged his son, sobbing as he said: “You’re the best son in the world you can have”.

In an emotional twist, Jamie’s dad then handed the keys back to his son.

He commented: “It’s in the will. The house is yours – what’s mine is yours…

“I love you so much. You paid off my mortgage, I’ve put you in my will.

“You’ve retired me for life so I’ve set you up for life.”
