Missing TV Star Cole Brings Plenty Found Dead Aged Just 27
TV star Cole Brings Plenty has been found dead days after being reported missing.
The US actor was best known for his role in the Yellowstone spinoff, 1923 – he starred alongside Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren.
Plenty’s other acting credits include The Tall Tales of Jim Bridger and Into the Wild Frontier.
Tragically, it has now been announced that Plenty has passed away aged 27.

Plenty’s uncle, actor Moses Brings Plenty – who also stars in Yellowstone – confirmed the death of his nephew by sharing a statement from his brother, Joe, Cole’s father.
The Instagram statement reads: “I am deeply saddened to confirm that my son, Cole, has been found and is no longer with us.
“We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone for the prayers and positive thoughts you sent for Cole.
“During this incredibly difficult time, we ask for privacy as we process our grief and figure out how we move forward.”
Since the devastating news has been confirmed, people have taken to social media and paid tribute.

Yellowstone star Wendy Moniz has paid tribute on social media, writing: “Mo I’m so saddened to learn this… sending you and your family love.”
Hassie Harrison, who also stars in Yellowstone, adds: “Oh, Mo. I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. Sending love and light to your whole family.”
While fans have also taken to the comments, with one penning: “All my love and prayers to the family. Cole was a diamond in the rough. I loved him. May his journey to the other world be a good one.”
A second says: “Truly the best and beautiful souls I’ve ever met. He comes from an amazing family. He was loving, passionate, funny, loyal to his family traditions. Truly a one of a kind soul. I love you Cole Brings Plenty you are truly an earth angel.”
Plenty’s family initially reported him as a missing person after he ‘missed an appointment with his agent for a TV show, which is uncharacteristic for him’, while his mobile phone was switched off, as per the BBC.
The TV star was reportedly last seen leaving Lawrence, Kansas, in the early hours of Sunday, May 31.
The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office disclosed that deputies discovered Plenty’s body on Friday in a wooded area – roughly 43 miles southwest of Kansas City, Kansas, as per Sky News.
They were reportedly dispatched to the area after receiving reports of an unoccupied vehicle.
Plenty’s body was discovered two days after he was charged with aggravated burglary, domestic battery and criminal restraint, as per Sky News.
An arrest warrant had been issued.
A statement said (via BBC): “Officers responded to reports of a female screaming for help, but the suspect fled before officers arrived.
“The investigation identified Brings Plenty and traffic cameras showed him leaving the city immediately after the incident, travelling southbound on 59 Highway.
“This incident involves allegations of domestic violence, which limits the amount of information we can share to protect the victim.”
Due to the sensitive nature of the allegations, authorities have refrained from revealing further information about the alleged incident.
At the time of writing, Plenty’s cause of death is yet to be confirmed.
