50 Cent Brutally Responds To Son After He Offers $6,700 To Spend A Day With Him
50 Cent has brutally responded to his son, who offered the rapper $6,700 to spend a day with him.
The ‘In da Club’ rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, is responsible for some of the catchiest songs this century.
He’s also found success on the small screen with his TV series Power – in which he stars and acts as executive producer.
Throughout his career, 50 Cent has also found himself in feuds with other celebrities – having previously branded Madonna a ‘grandma’.
And now it seems he’s in an ongoing battle with his own son.

50 Cent is certainly an interesting character…
After beginning his musical career in the early 2000s, he dropped the EP version of his first album ‘Power of the Dollar’ for Columbia Records.
Shortly after its release, 50 Cent was shot.
This meant the full album was never released, although the rapper didn’t give up.
In 2002, 50 Cent released the mixtape ‘Guess Who’s Back?’ which caught the attention of Eminem and meant he got signed to Shady Records.
Since then, his career has gone from strength to strength – he’s sold over thirty million records and won pretty much every award in the biz.
As well as having success in the music industry, 50 Cent has also found success in the world of acting.
The ‘Just A Lil Bit’ rapper has enjoyed roles in Get Rich or Die Tryin’ in 2005, Home of the Brave in 2006, and even worked alongside legends Robert De Niro and Al Pacino in Righteous Kill.
But throughout 50 Cent’s career, he’s faced numerous controversies.
And the latest to come to light is one with his family…
50 Cent has welcomed two sons with two different women, but it seems he treats his two kids very differently.
He’s estranged from his eldest son, Marquise (more on him later) but is a doting father to his younger son, Sire.
Born in September 2012, to 50 Cent and his girlfriend at the time, model Daphne Joy, Sire enjoys all the trappings of having a famous dad.
50 Cent apparently spoiled his child rotten in 2019 by renting out an entire Toys R Us store for just himself and his son, according to TMZ.
Sire also works as a child model!
In an interview with Power 105.1, 50 Cent said (via E! News): “He’s got a [modelling] deal now with Kidz Safe. They paid him a big payment, too. He’s super cute, you gotta pay for it.”
The ‘Window Shopper’ rapper also gushed about Sire during the 2021 Christmas holiday, writing on Instagram: “Look at my boy, SIRE on some let’s play video games for money DadNo. You ain’t got no money so I can’t win.”
However, 50 Cent’s relationship with his other son appears to be the polar opposite…
Marquise, who was born on October 13, 1996, has been estranged from his father for over a decade, due in part to the rapper’s tumultuous split with Marquise’s mother, Shaniqua Tompkins, in 2008.
“It completely went south when I was probably like 10 or 11,” Marquise told Rap-Up in 2017.
“He wasn’t really around enough. It kind of dwindled down as time went on and certain events happened.
“But then, as I got older, you start realising things or you start seeing certain patterns and it takes an effect on your relationship with people.
“That’s what happened with me and my father. He’s still alive but I can’t tell you our last conversation or the last time we even had a dialogue.”
Things got even worse in 2018 when Marquise shared a snap of himself hanging out with the son of Supreme McGriff, one of 50’s enemies, on Instagram.
His father brutally commented: “If both these little n****s got hit by a bus, I wouldn’t have a bad day.”
Marquise responded in an Instagram post of his own: “I have no phone number for you and you’ve had me blocked on social media for years so I can’t DM you personally and everybody that is mutual is scared to touch the topic because they’re scared of you.”
But now, things have gotten even worse in their feud, as Marquise has taken to Instagram to beg to spend the day with his dad…
He’s come after his father, claiming that the money he was paying his mother in monthly child support was not enough.
In an Instagram post uploaded to his page, Marquise shared a photo of himself sitting on the floor with the word ‘entitled’ spelt out in the background, made up of dollar bills.
In the caption, 50 Cent’s son wrote: “Since y’all think $6,700 is sooo much money someone tell my pops I will pay him $6,700 for just 24hr of his time so we can do everything I ever wanted to do with him as a kid. Red Yellow Green whatever colour he like.”
Marquise had previously stated that the rapper paid his mother $6,700 a month in child support.
However, he feels that this wasn’t ‘substantial’ enough.
Speaking on an Instagram live with Choke No Joke, Marquise stated: “$6,700 a month in… New York City, you do the math.
“You’re talking about a Forbes lister – you’re talking about someone that has problems with everybody – you can’t just live in any neighbourhood, $81k is not a substantial amount of money. You can’t just live anywhere.
“You talking about you got beef with everybody in the industry, you can’t just live anywhere.”
Marquise then proceeded to ask Choke if he had to restart his life with only $6,700 a month, would he be able to do it, to which the host responded by saying yes.
This then prompted Jackson to say: “Choke you gotta stop comparing it, you comparing it to yourself, bro, you’re comparing it to your standard of lifestyle.
“You can’t do that. I know what it feels like to have nothing, alright. I had to rebuild my life over with $6700 a month. $81,000 a year.”
50 Cent has previously addressed his strained relationship with his son.
He did an Instagram live with Van Lathan and explained: “I didn’t think that success would cost me my firstborn, but it’s the situation it is.
“My grandfather used to say, ‘If it rattles like a snake and slithers like a snake, is it a snake or do you need to be bit?’.
“What he keeps saying is, every time you see the boy he show up with somebody you got a problem with. What does that tell you?”

And following his son’s demand, 50 Cent responded in a truly brutal way – by sharing a clip from his show Power.
In the scene, his character Kanan kills his son, along with the caption: “No caption needed.”
Ouch.
