A disturbing new detail has been spotted in a music video for singer D4vd, after he was charged with the murder of Celeste Rivas Hernandez.

The singer, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, is accused of killing and dismembering 14-year-old Celeste, whose remains were found in the back of his Tesla.

He is currently facing one count of murder, one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14 and unlawful mutilation of human remains, Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman confirmed earlier this week.

Celeste was first reported missing by her family in 2024, however she was last seen alive on April 23, 2025, any an address connected to D4vd, with prosecutors believing this was also the day she was killed.

In September last year, Los Angeles Police Department detectives were called to a tow yard in Hollywood, after a foul smell was reported coming from an impounded car registered to the musician. The car had been towed from the Hollywood Hills after appearing to be abandoned.

After investigating the source of the smell, officers discovered the dismembered body, which was said to have been in the vehicle ‘for an extended period of time before being found.’

At the time, D4vd was away on tour, however the 21-year-old issued a statement to say he was ‘fully cooperating with authorities.’

Concerning song titles and lyrics

D4vd, who hails from Houston, Texas, first found fame after several of his songs went viral on TikTok 2022. However, a number of his hits have since come under scrutiny following the discovery of Celeste’s remains and the alleged nature of their relationship being unveiled.

One song is called Romantic Homicide, which has raised eyebrows, which includes lyrics such as ‘In the back of my mind, I killed you, and I didn’t even regret it.’

The singer is accused of having an illegal sexual relationship with Celeste, who was just 13 when she first went missing, as well as being charged with her murder, which paints the song title and lyrics in a much more disturbing light.

There have also been reports of an unreleased demo track titled Celeste being attributed to D4vd, though it was never officially released on streaming platforms. The track started circulating as leaked demo around 2023 to 2025.

People are now making assumptions about the song and any possible connection to Celeste Rivas Hernandez, however there is no confirmation the song is about her and authorities have no made any claims the track provides any evidence of a crime.

Disturbing detail in D4vd music video

Since his arrest, many people have been raising concerns about the music video for his track One More Dance, which features a person being dragged across the floor and being placed into the trunk of a car.

The video, which was released around the time Celeste was last seen alive, was just viewed as being artistic at the time. However, since the discovery of Celeste’s remains, and his subsequent charge, people have suggested the video looks like a confession.

One person wrote on X: “Watching the video to One More Dance by D4vd is actually wild, that poor girl.”

Another added: “D4vd made a video to the song One More Dance depicting three people dumping a body in the trunk of a car and another girl that resembles Celeste makes an appearance. I’m convinced this dude is beyond clinically insane!!!!”

“That One More Dance song dead ass a confession ain’t no way it ain’t. D4vd got jealous she ain’t want him no more and killed her and threw her in the car,” a third wrote.

“He is a MONSTER. Bro also held a funeral at his last concert, he’s a weirdooooooo. Lock his a** up!”

Unreleased song discusses killing someone in a car

There have also been unconfirmed claims on social media of an unreleased song, in which D4vd appears to sing about killing someone in his car.

In a clip, which appears to show the singer performing live, the lyrics can be heard stating: “I got time to kill, you got time to fill, we got blood to spill, all over the new car seats that I’m sleeping on.”

The clip went viral after being posted on X, however there is no verified proof the song was written or recorded by D4vd.
