Mallory was reportedly found in the parking lot of a Chipotle restaurant in Stone Mountain, Georgia, on November 9.
She was apparently found in the car parking lot by a concerned business owner who called authorities.
He reportedly said he witnessed a woman who appeared to be asleep behind the wheel. He realised something was wrong when he returned later that day and saw the car again.
According to the star’s official autopsy report, which TMZ obtained, the 40-year-old died as a result of ‘complications of obesity’.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner reportedly said that ‘complications of obesity was considered a significant condition contributing to the death’.
TMZ also reported that Mallory’s death was deemed natural and that law enforcement found ‘no sign of foul play’ in their investigation into her passing.
Medical officials reportedly said that the TV star suffered from an enlarged heart, with blood tests indicating precursors to diabetes.
Reportedly, the coroner also said that ‘trace amounts of marijuana and alcohol’ were found in Mallory’s system. However, they didn’t factor as reasons towards her death.
Neither did Mallory suffer any injuries which would have contributed to her death.

Jane went on to add that Mallory had ‘a very big personality’ and was ‘electric’ to be around.
She continued: “I don’t want to speak in clichés, like she lit up the room – but she did.
“She didn’t complain or find fault in anyone or anything.”
Before her passing, Mallory had opened up about why she decided to go on a weight loss journey.
She revealed that the ‘devastating’ death of a sorority sister made her do so, saying: “She wasn’t as large as I was.
“She had a heart attack. I literally was waking up every day like… this may be my last day waking up, like, I don’t know what’s going to happen for me.
“When it’s playing on your mind that I might need to do something about my weight, because I’m afraid I might die too, then you might need to pay attention to something like that.”
She added: “Literally every footstep since then has been god. I prayed over that application before I sent it off. I prayed every step of the way.”
