People have been left creeped out after finding out who Coldplay frontman Christ Martin is now dating.
Martin, the 48-year-old Coldplay frontman, has reportedly begun dating following his split from Dakota Johnson in June after an eight-year relationship. The couple had been engaged for several years before parting ways.
Martin was previously married to Gwyneth Paltrow from 2003 until their famous ‘conscious uncoupling’ in 2014, and shares two children with her: daughter Apple and son Moses.
Now, reports of Martin’s new romantic interest have sparked considerable reaction online, particularly among Coldplay fans who weren’t prepared for the identity of his latest partner.
Social media erupted when reports surfaced about Martin’s new relationship, with many fans expressing discomfort over the pairing.
The age gap has become a particular point of discussion, with some questioning why the musician isn’t dating someone closer to his own age.

The woman capturing Martin’s attention is none other than Sophie Turner, the 29-year-old Game of Thrones actress.
The pair reportedly went on a ‘secret date’ recently, marking what could be the beginning of a new high-profile romance, MailOnline reports.
Turner and Martin went on their date just one week after she officially split from her boyfriend Peregrine ‘Perry’ Pearson in late September.
The couple had broken up following a high-society wedding where they were reportedly seen ‘bickering and arguing.’
The 19-year age gap between Martin and Turner has become the focal point of discussion, particularly given that Martin’s daughter Apple is 21 years old, just eight years younger than Turner herself.
Interestingly, Turner and Martin have crossed paths before.
In a 2020 episode of Joe Jonas’s show Cup of Joe, Turner was surprised with a birthday message from Martin, arranged by her then-husband Jonas.
Turner was visibly emotional, exclaiming :”It’s Chris Martin!” and later saying: “I’m not going to cry on camera,” as she fought back tears.
Turner and Jonas married in May 2019 and split four years later, sharing two young daughters. Their divorce was finalized in September 2024.
