A man claiming to be Jay-Z’s illegitimate son is demanding that the rapper take a paternity test.

Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Corey Carter, is an American rapper, record producer and entrepreneur.

The ‘Empire State Of Mind’ artist, 53, is married to fellow singer Beyoncé, 41.

Jay-Z and Beyoncé tied the knot in 2008 and they share three children: Blue Ivy, 11, and five-year-old twins Rumi and Sir Carter.

But now another person has come forward and alleged that they are the son of Jay-Z.

Rymir Satterthwaite, 30, is claiming to be the secret illegitimate son of the world-famous rapper.

He’s also accusing Jay-Z of abusing the legal system for more than a decade in order to avoid taking a paternity test.

Satterthwaite, from New Jersey, is believed to have been entangled in a 10-year legal battle.

The 30-year-old now tells Daily Mail that he is desperate to have ‘justice served’ and will stop at nothing to get answers.

He also makes it clear that he is not interested in receiving anything from the billionaire rapper – he just wants to be acknowledged as Jay-Z’s son.

Satterthwaite tells the outlet: “I just want to live my life and, when it is all said and done, I hope that Jay-Z would want to be a part of my life, if that is God’s will.”

As reported by Daily Mail, Satterthwaite filed a new motion with the Supreme Court in February of this year.

It allegedly requests that the court unseal year’s worth of documents dating back to 2012.

He argues that as the case has been kept under wraps, it’s prevented him from his due process.

Satterthwaite previously filed a lawsuit against Jay-Z in 2016, claiming that the rapper is his father and that he wants a paternity test.

The case was ultimately dismissed by a New Jersey judge, citing a lack of jurisdiction.

Following Satterthwaite’s latest lawsuit, a letter has been sent to Daily Mail from Jay-Z’s attorney.

It reads: “The allegations have been previously reviewed thoroughly by the courts and have been refuted.

“I am sure that will be the outcome of whatever filings Mr Satterthwaite is or may be currently considering.”

Satterthwaite claims his late mother, Wanda, slept with the rapper when she was 16 and he was 22, which is long before he became the huge celebrity he is today.

As per Daily Mail, the filing reports that the alleged romance was shortlived as Wanda was still with her high school sweetheart – who was by her side when she gave birth in the hospital.

This resulted in Wanda’s partner being listed as Satterthwaite’s biological father on his birth certificate.

But in 2010, Wanda’s high school sweetheart took a paternity test and discovered that Satterthwaite wasn’t his offspring.

In the following year, his mother granted his godmother Lillie custody of him.

Lillie has since vowed that she would find out who Satterthwaite’s biological father is.
