The ‘Club Can’t Handle Me’ singer’s six-year-old son, Zohar Dillard, has fallen from a 50ft window in his mother’s, Alexis Adams, rental apartment in New Jersey.
According to the lawsuit filed by Adams, the incident took place on March 4, reports MailOnline.
Adams is reportedly suing the building’s owners, managers, a construction company and a window installer – claiming the windows ‘posed a hazardous condition’.
Zohar, who miraculously survived the fall, remains in intensive care.

He reportedly suffered multiple fractures, a liver laceration, internal bleeding and collapsed lungs.
James Lucas, who lives on the sixth floor of the building, tells the Daily Mail that he was downstairs picking up Chinese food when the six-year-old fell from the apartment block.
He tells the outlet: “He was just on the ground, not moving, I thought he wasn’t going to live.”
Now Flo Rida has provided a further update on his condition.
The ‘Whistle’ rapper has taken to his Instagram story and thanked fans for the ‘concerns and prayers’ he has received for his son.

Zohar suffers from hydrocephalus, a neurological condition which is caused by abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid, which can put pressure on the brain and can cause possibly fatal damage.
In a statement given to News12 New Jersey, Adams has expressed her anger at the situation.
She tells the outlet: “As a single mom to a special-needs child, this feels like a nightmare. My heart is broken into a million pieces.
“I am devastated, angry and struggling to come to terms with the fact that my only child has suffered severe injuries due to willful negligence of our landlord and others involved in failing to take necessary safety measures.”
