Katy Perry has joked that she often gets mistaken for herself while out with her baby.
Perry, 38, and her fiancé, actor Orlando Bloom, share a two-year-old daughter, Daisy.
In an interview with The Cut, the ‘The One That Got Away’ singer explained that she is often mistaken for herself when taking her child to baby groups.
After being asked if she gets recognised in public, Perry said people often say that she ‘looks just like Katy Perry’.

She said: “We do a lot of mommy-and-me classes. This morning, I was with her at a ballet class, and this woman goes, ‘Oh my god, you look so much like Katy Perry’.
“And I was like, ‘Hi, nice to meet you. I care about my kid and take her to classes’.
“I’ve become a member at all the museums – we go to the zoo, the Natural History Museum, the kids’ museum. That’s my new club.”
Perry said she has also been spotted when riding her bike, but by the time people realise it’s her, she’s already cycling away.

The ‘I Kissed A Girl’ artist continued: “I like to grab a coffee and an empanada and just drink my coffee and eat my empanada while I’m on my bike.
“People do recognise me, but by the time they’re like, ‘Is that …? Was that …?’. I’m already gone.”
The ‘Roar’ singer also detailed her daily routine with baby Daisy, saying she tries her best not to stay up past 10pm because of the early starts.
“I really try not to stay up past 10pm anymore, because I know my baby is going to be up at 6am,” she explained.
“Whether I put her to bed at seven, eight, or nine, come 6am, she’s up.
“So I have to count the hours backward from that. The clock is ticking.”
Perry and Pirates of the Caribbean actor Bloom, 45, welcomed Daisy into the world in August 2020.
The A-List couple met at a Golden Globes after-party in 2016 and have been engaged since Valentine’s Day 2019.
There had been rumours that the pair already tied the knot in secret, but during a The Kyle and Jackie O Show interview in February, Perry said they were still working on tying the knot.

Talking about the pandemic delaying their nuptials, she said: “We’re still trying to work out destination/location. Every couple of months there’s a ‘new variant’, ‘new variant’, ‘new variant’.”
Perry’s fans were recently concerned for the star after footage showed her struggling to open her right eye during a concert in Las Vegas.
In a viral TikTok video, she was seen standing on stage facing fans, touching her temple a number of times in a bid to open her eye.
While many were worried that it could be a symptom of something sinister, others thought it may have simply been a makeup mishap.
Speaking in 2011, Perry said: “I got a prescription for my wonk eye to make [it] go bigger whenever I take pictures because I have a slight wonk.”
