Fans have warned Kylie Jenner that her son’s new name has a very rude meaning.
Jenner, 25, is a reality TV star and founder of the popular makeup brand Kylie Cosmetics.
She and rapper Travis Scott, 31, announced the arrival of their second child on Instagram in February last year.
At the time, Jenner revealed that she and Scott, who also share daughter Stormi, 4, together, had decided to name their son Wolf.
However, the pair ultimately backtracked on this.
For almost a year, fans have been eagerly waiting for Jenner to confirm her son’s official name and now, she’s done just that.

Jenner took to Instagram on January 22 and shared a series of images of her son for the first time, while finally confirming his new name.
Alongside a white heart emoji, she writes the caption: “AIRE.”
The post has since been liked more than 21 million times and thousands have taken to the comments and reacted.

One fan gushes: “Aire is here!”
Another adds: “Omg he’s so cute Ky!”
While a third person comments: “Stop! What a cutie.”

Although most were excited that Jenner had finally shared her son’s name, others are taking to social media and alerting the star of its very rude meaning.
Some fans have also taken to the comments to explain that in Arabic slang, Aire translates to ‘my p**is’.
Journalist Antoinette Lattouf has taken to Twitter and questioned whether Jenner knew this when choosing the name.
Umm should someone tell Kylie Jenner she renamed her son Aire which is a common Arabic expression for ‘my penis’ or nah?

“Umm, should someone tell Kylie Jenner she renamed her son Aire, which is a common Arabic expression for ‘my p**is’ or nah?” she tweets.
The journalist goes on to joke: “Anyway, I doubt many people have noticed. After all, Arabic is only spoken by around 415 million people.”
In response to Lattouf’s post, one person responds: “That was my first reaction…she named her kid what?!

“That poor kid is going to be renamed again,” another person jokes.
TikToker Bernadette Kirwan says: “Doesn’t she have Arab friends?
“At some point, this kid is going to end up in the Middle East and no one is going to call him by his real name.
“Who approved this? Like I know celebrities give their kids weird names, but this just takes it to a whole other weird level.”
@bernadette.kirwan She really called her son 🍆, in Arabic 😭 #celticarab #arab #arabic #tweet
Others defended the star, saying: “Why does it matter if that’s not her language?”
Another writes: “And people wonder why she kept his name a secret. People will pick apart anything and everything.”
While one fan says: “OK but do we have to fact-check our kids’ names in every language in the world? Don’t be silly guys.”
According to the Urban Dictionary, the name ‘Ayre’ can mean ‘p**is depending on its use’. However, it can also be ‘Arabic for best friend’.
Jenner originally announced that she and Scott had decided to name their son Wolf, but she went on to say that it simply ‘didn’t feel like him’.
She said at the time: “FYI our son’s name isn’t Wolf anymore. We just really didn’t feel like it was him.
“Just wanted to share because I keep seeing Wolf everywhere.”
