Madonna posted a haunting last Instagram post before being found unconscious.

The ‘Hung Up’ singer, 64, is one of the biggest selling stars of all time with a number of iconic songs such as ‘Like a Prayer’, ‘Vogue’, and ‘Into the Groove’.

The ‘Material Girl’ singer was set to embark on a huge 84-day tour next month, however, fans have been left worried after she was emitted to the hospital after being found unconscious.

Now, people have noticed that Madonna made a haunting final post before the incident.

The ‘4 Minutes’ singer posted a series of pictures on her Instagram days before she was rushed to hospital on June 20.

The snaps included images of her rehearsing for a show – as well as a few selfies.

The caption of the post ominously reads: “The Calm Before The Storm……….”

Fans have taken to the comments to share their concern for Madonna.

One person pleas: “Please don’t do the tour your health is the priority, not the tour Madonna take good care of yourself.”

Another fan says: “My heart almost stopped when I read the headline of the news. Please rest now, Madonna. I know you’d hate rest and that is one of the things I admire for decades, you keep working hard always than anyone else.”

“We’re wishing you a speedy and safe recovery,” adds a third.

Someone else pens: “Health is all that matters Queen, we will wait.”

A fifth fan says: “Take your time, the tour can wait. We want you healthy.”

Madonna was reportedly found unconscious in New York and was swiftly taken to the hospital.

The ‘Holiday’ singer is believed to be suffering from a severe bacterial infection.

Reports state that she spent at least one night intubated before the tube was removed.

However, sources close to the star have told the PA news agency (via Yahoo) that Madonna is now at home and resting.

They have said: “She’s home, feeling better and following doctors’ orders.”

Madonna’s health scare occurred as she was making final preparations for her highly anticipated Celebration tour.

However, due to the concern for her health, it is expected that the tour will be cancelled.

A family relative, who spoke with the Daily Mail, has revealed how serious the situation was.

Speaking on the condition of anonymity, the relative shared: “Over the past few days, there was great uncertainty about the outcome, and her family was bracing themselves for the worst.

“This is why the news was kept under wraps since Saturday.

“Everyone believed we might lose her, and unfortunately, that was the stark reality we faced.”

Throughout Madonna’s stay in the intensive care unit, her eldest child Lourdes, 26, remained by her side.

Meanwhile, her rumoured boyfriend, boxer Josh Popper, 29, has posted a cryptic Instagram post amidst her hospitalisation.

Accompanied by snaps of him fighting, he writes: “Give yourself permission to live a big life. Step into who you were meant to be. Stop playing small. You are meant for greater things.”

The source also added that this incident has been a wake-up call to the ‘Express Yourself’ singer.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, they explained: “This really woke her the f*** up.

“She has not been living as healthy a life as she should be for her age, and she has been wearing herself thin over the past couple of months.”

They went on to say that Madonna still thinks she is ‘young’ and ‘invincible’.
