Madonna, who seemingly came out as gay last month, has left fans alarmed with her most recent TikTok video.
The ‘Material Girl’ singer has been making headlines lately for her series of outlandish antics, from locking lips with a rapper to getting into a social media spat with Cardi B.
However, fans said Madonna’s latest video has left them concerned.
In the clip, the 64-year-old lipsyncs along to Baby Keem’s song, ‘Vent’.
The ‘Like A Virgin’ artist captioned the post: “Alright, wait, b****….”

In the viral clip, Madonna wears a black mesh top over a black bra, a black and white corset paired with some black jeans.
She has a series of chains dangling from her neck and her reddish hair is in plaits.
Leaning down to the camera, the ‘Vogue’ singer mouths: “Have you ever been punched in your motherf***ing face.
“What you say? Oh, you haven’t? Alright, wait.”
The post has accumulated thousands of comments, with many telling the star her behaviour is becoming ‘dark’ and ‘concerning’.
One viewer wrote: “What the f*** happened to Madonna? She needs help these days. It’s awful to watch.”

A second said: “You were my idol growing up. I used to love your music and creativity, please stop with these weird reels! It’s getting dark and concerning now.”
“You can remain disruptive without acting foolish,” a third remarked.
While someone else commented: “I grew up with the Madonna phenomenon in NYC in the ’80s. This is not Madonna. This is a desperate attempt at trying to be “street’, and it’s failing miserably.
“So so not cool and very disheartening.”
“You were a legend, somewhere along the way you lost your way,” another added.

However, others have taken to the comments and defended Madonna, arguing that true fans should stick by her side.
One fan penned: “I love all these comments about ‘What happened to Madonna’… You mean the woman who has always pushed the envelope, challenged the status quo, who has been criticised her entire career for not fitting into a societally conditioned box.
“Y’all clearly don’t f***ing know Madonna. She’s an artist, not your f***ing Barbie Doll.”

Another commented: “For those of you saying, ‘Where’s the Madonna we used to know?’. You obviously aren’t fans of Madonna at all! If you were, you wouldn’t be putting her down, even a little.
“Madonna has always touched a nerve. She has always had dark moments, she has always been creative. Her creativity may not be for you… but for her.”
