A man claiming to be the secret love child of King Charles III and Queen Camilla has explained why he doesn’t resemble the royals

Simon Charles Dorante-Day, who was born in the U.K. and now resides in Australia, is convinced he is the ‘secret son’ of the royal couple.

He shares his claims, which have gained worldwide attention, on his Facebook profile where he has over 29,000 followers.

On the popular page, Dorante-Day documents his thoughts on current royal events and answers fans’ questions.

One area he’s thoroughly covered is why he doesn’t resemble the royals.

Dorante-Day was adopted at about eight months old in 1966 in Portsmouth – King Charles and Queen Camilla would have been 17 and 18 years old, per Daily Star.

His claims are at odds with official records which state the couple met years later.

Dorante-Day claims his adoptive grandmother worked for both Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip.

He told 7News: “I was very close to my grandmother and she told me many times that I was Camilla and Charles’ child.

“She didn’t just hint at it, she told me outright. She was very worried for my safety, worried about the ramifications if it got out – so she was always very protective.”

On his mission to prove his heritage, Dorante-Day has come out with numerous bombshells.

Following the queen’s passing, he claimed to have discussed bringing action against the king with senior legal figures.

He told 7News: “In his final ruling last time I was before the courts, the judge told me that if I come back with the evidence all nice and neatly stamped, then there’s no reason to deny an application for a DNA test, and Charles and Camilla will have to answer that.”

In another interview with the publication, Dorante-Day said he and his wife had been approached by a woman claiming to be the illegitimate daughter of Prince Philip.

He alleged: “She explained that she had traveled from the U.S. after hiring an investigator to track me down in Queensland.

“The whole purpose of her visit was to ask me for a sample of my DNA. She wanted to compare it to hers to basically prove that we were both related to the royal family.”

Although Dorante-Day has been unable to get DNA testing, this hasn’t stopped him from comparing side-by-side photos of himself to those of his ‘parents.’

He often compares his features to theirs, receiving support from followers who agree he looks similar.

On one post, a follower responded: “Fight on Simon, don’t stop.”

Another said: “Around the eye, you look like Queen Camilla.”

“I see you and [Prince] Harry have the same lips as King Charles,” commented a third fan.

Somebody else wrote: “You deserve the truth.”

Dorante-Day has made shocking allegations addressing why he doesn’t look like the royal family.

In one Facebook post, he alleges his eyes were ‘changed’ from blue to brown and his teeth were ‘ground down.’

Regarding the latter claim, Dorante-Day said: “My incisors are no longer pointy like Andrew and Charles, they have flat tops!!!”

In another post, he claims the eye color change occurred in the same year there was an attempted kidnapping of Princess Anne.

He wrote: “I turned 8 years old in April 1974 and this attempted kidnapping incident occurred in May [of] the same year. (According to the BBC, the attempted kidnapping of Princess Anne took place on March 20, 1974).

“The tampering with the color of my eyes occurred during the school holidays which began in July 1974.

“I wonder now how much this event influenced their decision to act.”

He also claims the alleged eye color change has resulted in lifelong side effects, with him feeling an ‘intense, pulsing pain.’

During an appearance on the U.K. daytime show This Morning, Dorante-Day continued his claims: “I don’t think that they had any choice but to do that.

“But it was because of the gossip in Portsmouth around the time. In those times, blue and blue made blue. There was never any inquisition about that.

“So my oncologist will tell you that one of my lenses is perfectly round and one of them is oval-shaped like a football – a rugby football. So this is why I have a vision problem. So something was done to my eyes.”

In response, former This Morning host Phillip Schofield revealed that ITV had reached out to a specialist from Moorfield Eye Hospital, who said they weren’t aware of such a procedure.

The expert also said this kind of procedure, especially performed in the ’70s, would have been incredibly dangerous.

Schofield then asked why anyone would do such a procedure to an eight-year-old, to which Dorante-Day said: “Well, I’m not the one to be asking that question really.”
