McDonald's Launch £185 Wedding Package With Burgers And McNuggets

If you’re looking for the perfect catering package for your wedding then look no further than McDonald’s brand-new feast.

Weddings are known to be a stressful period of time, from planning the venue to picking caterers, as well as the worries over the guest list – and that’s before the all-important dress stress comes into play too.

So McDonald’s has come to the rescue and launched a catering package that should relieve the stress of sorting out food for the big day.

Imagine your special day, surrounded by your loved ones, feasting on Big Macs and McNuggets. What more could you possibly want?

The viral wedding package includes 100 chicken burgers and 100 boxes of McNuggets or if you’re not feeling chicken burgers you can always opt for 100 cheeseburgers and 100 chicken fingers – with a minimum order for the big day being 200 pieces.

All of this comes at the price of £185.

Unfortunately, the wedding package is only available in Indonesia’s capital city, Jakarta, at the time of writing.

However, according to The Sun, if the package proves to be popular, it could set to be rolled out in other countries.

Rizki Haryadi, from McDonald’s Indonesia, tells the outlet: “There are other service options as well, where we can also provide food stalls at an additional cost.”

In Hong Kong, couples can actually tie the knot in McDonald’s restaurants.

The packages began in 2011 and they include everything from balloons to a tiered apple pie ‘cake’.

The basic ‘Happiness Party’ version costs £300 (£2,999 Hong Kong dollars) and it includes a venue hire for two hours, food costing up to £100, audio equipment and some decorations.

After finding out about McDonald’s brand new wedding package, many people have taken to social media and said they’d love to try it out.
