Mia Khalifa was ‘sent 30,000 death threats’ after sharing controversial marriage advice on TikTok.

The former adult star, who has been divorced twice, jokingly referred to herself as the ‘Tom Brady’ of the marriage game in a viral post.

In the video, Khalifa said: “I am Tom Brady at this game. Married at 18. Divorced at 21.

“Second marriage. Married at 25. Divorced at 28. Third engagement. Engaged at 29. Ended it at 30, but I kept the ring.

“I’m still keeping Tom Brady on his toes.”

Khalifa went on to say that women should ‘not be afraid to leave these men’.

“We are not stuck with these people,” Khalifa added.

“Marriage is not a sanctimonious thing. It is paperwork. It is a commitment you make to someone, but if you feel like you’re not getting anything from that commitment and you’re trying, you got to go.

“You got to go. You have to go.

“I know it’s difficult to fill out paperwork, and to make appointments and to do all of these things, but this your f***ing life, you want to be stuck with someone?”

The advice was divisive – with fellow adult star Brandi Love weighing in – but Khalifa has shared how even more angry some people were.

Taking to her Instagram story, the former adult star claimed that she had received 30,000 death threats from people over her comments.

The American-Lebanese star said: “Woke up to 30k death threats on Twitter over this take??? Y’all need Jesus for a divorce attorney.

“I put an opinion of mine on the internet and of course, there is going to be consequences to that. I fully understand that.”

Khalifa continued: “I really thought this was innocuous. I didn’t think much of it. This is the last thing I expected to cause a s***storm like this.”

The former adult star then justified her view by saying that she believes that women who get married young are forced to accept their marriage even if they are unhappy and stuck.

“This is the last thing I’m going to say about this. I’m not making any more statements about this. I’m going to end it with if you’re unhappy, leave!” she added.
