The woman who has been dubbed the ‘most beautiful girl’ in 2007 is now all grown up.
French model Thylane Blondeau skyrocketed to fame at just six years old after being given the title.
It all started when a portrait which showed her with sun-streaked hair and striking blue eyes went viral.
Although she had already strutted down the runway for Jean Paul Gaultier two years earlier, it wasn’t until then that she was given the title by TC Candler’s annual ‘100 Most Beautiful Faces’ countdown, reports South China Morning Post.

Over the years, many have been intrigued to see whether Blondeau would be just as captivating as she grew up and whether she’d continue in the world of modelling.
Fortunately, she’s made it super easy for fans to keep updated with her life, as the now 21-year-old keeps her followers posted via Instagram.
On the social media platform, Blondeau has a staggering 6.5 million followers. She often uploads professional photo shoot images, behind-the-scene snaps and numerous sneak peeks into her life.

And it appears as though she’s not slowed down when it comes to the world of modelling, as she’s been cast in a Dolce & Gabanna campaign (via Glamour) and can often be seen posing on the catwalk.
Plus, she topped TC Candler’s annual ‘100 Most Beautiful Faces’ once again in 2018, reports Us Weekly.
However, her career hasn’t been entirely smooth sailing and like many stars, she’s had some controversy, despite being so young.
In 2011, a debate was sparked when a then-10-year-old Blondeau posed for a Vogue fashion shoot while wearing heavy makeup and gold stilettos, reports MailOnline.
At the time, many questioned whether it was an appropriate photo shoot for a child to be involved in.
Blondeau’s mother, actress and fashion designer Véronika Loubry addressed the backlash, saying (via Glamour): “I understand that this could seem shocking. I admit I myself was shocked during the photo shoot.
“But let me be precise: the only thing that shocked me is that the necklace she wore was worth €3 million!”
Although the model keeps quiet when it comes to headlines these days, she recently opened up to fans about having had multiple surgeries.

The 21-year-old revealed that she’s had complications with ovarian cysts and that she had to have an operation after one ‘exploded in her stomach’.
As reported by the Daily Mail, Blondeau said: “From this experience I’ve learned that when you’re body hurts, don’t let it slide and take care of it, you must see different doctors until some of them find the problem and heals it.
“Any pain even the little ones can hide something way more important.”
