Netflix viewers have discovered a film so scary that they apparently have to turn it off after two minutes.

The streaming service is known for spoiling its subscribers with anxiety-fueled movies – from Fall which left viewers ‘sick to their stomach’ to Splice which ‘traumatised’ those who watched it.

But Netflix has recently added a film that looks like it could be the most disturbing of the bunch.

Watch the trailer for the film below…

The Little Things stars three Oscar winners: Denzel Washington (Training Day), Rami Malek (Bohemian Rhapsody) and Jared Leto (Dallas Buyers Club).

It follows two detectives (Washington and Malek) as they investigate a series of murders which leads them to a loner (Leto) who might be a culprit.

The film came out in 2021 and underperformed at the box office – only grossing $31 million against a budget of $30 million.

It also received mixed reviews from critics – who praised the cast but were unimpressed with the script and story – and it has got a 45 per cent rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Despite that, The Little Things has now found new life on Netflix – with it sitting in the top 10 at the time of writing.

One person writes: “2min 52 sec into Netflix’s The Little Things and it’s made me so anxious I’ve had to turn it off.”

Someone else says: “The Little Things on Netflix… WOW, what a movie. Proper old school, Denzel Washington at his best.”

A third viewer comments: “The Little Things [on] Netflix. Denzel and Remi Malek. So good.”

“Watched The Little Things on Netflix with my sister and it was so good!!!” adds a fourth.

“If you have Netflix The Little Things is a good watch,” recommends another viewer.

If you are looking for something similar to The Little Things, you won’t have to look too far as Netflix has I Came By available in its catalogue.

Staring Downtown Abbey star Hugh Bonneville and 1917’s George Mackay, the film follows a young graffiti artist who discovers a shocking secret that would put him and his loved ones in danger.

If you want an idea of how good this movie is, just ask the acclaimed author Stephen King who shared his seal of approval on X (previously called Twitter).
