Iran Issues Chilling Warning To Trump Over ‘Special Plan’ They Have For Him

Iran have announced a ‘special plan’, sending a warning to Donald Trump.

The US President had eased off on his threats to destroy Iranian power plants, instead opting to offer Iran ‘one more chance at peace’.

Trump claimed on Monday (March 23) that there had been ‘productive talks’ between the US and Iran, revealing that there had been ‘major points of agreement’ with regards to ending the war.

Iran moved quickly to deny these claims, especially Trump’s statement that a deal could soon be struck to bring an end to hostilities, the Guardian reports.

In fact, Iran’s foreign ministry spokesperson went so far as to claim that no talks whatsoever have taken place between Iran and the Trump administration since the war began on February 28.

Trump had originally threatened to ‘hit and obliterate’ power stations in Tehran if shipments of oil were not allowed to move more freely through the Strait of Hormuz.

The US President then extended his deadline on future attacks on energy infrastructure by five days, also claiming to reporters in Palm Beach, Florida, that Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff and son-in-law Jared Kushner had held ‘very, very strong talks’ with Iranian officials, per Reuters.

What is the latest with the war in Iran?

As America and Israel’s bombing campaign approaches a month in length, Donald Trump has attempted to move towards an end of hostilities with his most recent statements.

The 79-year-old said to reporters gathered in Palm Beach, per the Guardian: “We’re giving it five days, and then we’re going to see where that takes us. And I would say at the end of this period, I think it could very well end up being a very good deal for everybody.”

Meetings between the two nations have not been direct, but instead have been negotiated via Egypt, Pakistan, and the Gulf states, with messages being relayed each way.

Vice President JD Vance is expected to join Witkoff and Kushner to meet Iranian officials in Islamabad later this week, following a call between Trump and Pakistan’s army chief, Asim Munir.

After the White House confirmed the call with Munir, spokesperson Karoline Leavitt said: “These are sensitive diplomatic discussions and the US will not negotiate through the press. This is a fluid situation, and speculation about meetings should not be deemed as final until they are formally announced by the White House.”

Despite Trump’s claims of peace being potentially brokered, Israel unleashed a fresh assault on Tehran last night (March 23).

Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have claimed that energy infrastructure would not be targeted in the most recent strikes. In retaliation, Iran’s Revolutionary Guard retaliated with their own attacks on Israel.

At least 1,500 people are believed to have died across the last 24 days of war in Iran. However, some rights groups are reporting as many as 3,230 deaths as of March 21.

Americans living in fear during wartime

With 13 US service members already dying during the current conflict with Iran, American citizens are concerned about their futures.

Gas prices have spiked due to the strait of Hormuz’s oil supplies being severely restricted in Iran amid the constant barrage of missile attacks from America and Israel.

With economic impact already being felt less than a month into hostilities and members of the American military losing their lives, people across the US are less than positive about the future at this moment in time.

The FBI already warned police forces in California that Iran could be targeting a retaliatory domestic attack on the state.

And a recent YouGov poll suggests a large number of Americans are worried about war at home. Namely, civil war.

Twenty-five percent of Americans polled believe their country is heading towards a civil war and eventual dictatorship in their lifetime.

Elsewhere, 36 percent of people polled expected another civil war to erupt in the United States, with 35 percent expecting the US to gain more territory and 31 percent saying the US will fail to exist as a democracy within their lifetime.

Iran issues chilling warning after Trump’s claims

Despite Donald Trump making claims of impending peace, Iran’s regime seems to think very differently.

Per LBC, Iran made clear they have ‘special plans’ for Israel and its ‘regional allies,’ dashing Trump’s proposals for an end to the war.

A source revealed to Iran’s state-run Fars News Agency on Monday: “Tonight, special events are planned for Tel Aviv and some regional allies of the US and Israel that will completely remove the hope of negotiations from the minds of the aggressors.”

The Iranian regime appeared to stay true to its word, too, as explosions were heard by residents in Jerusalem as well as attacks being carried out in the cities of Dimona and Yeruham.

Fars News Agency also posted to Telegram, dismissing Trump’s earlier claims of negotiations.

“Informed officials in Iran announced that there were no negotiations and emphasised that until the US completely withdrew, evacuated its bases in the region, paid compensation, and received valid guarantees not to repeat the aggression, neither would the war end nor would the Strait of Hormuz be reopened.

“According to this report, even after the possible end of the war, the situation in the Strait of Hormuz will not return to the pre-war situation”.

While Israel continues to carry out attacks on Tehran, Trump took to his Truth Social platform to explain that, while there is a five-day pause from America on hostilities, it is dependent on ‘the success of the ongoing meetings and discussions.’
