Eagle-eyed people were quick to point out the blanket in the back of the photo, which many people recognized as the brand Hermès.
One person said on Reddit: “‘H’ is for ‘Hermès.’ The blanket costs about the same as the median American rent.”
Another added: “As these chucklef**ks are telling Americans to eat a tortilla with a piece of broccoli and ‘one other thing.’
“That blanket costs more than my mortgage.”

Leavitt appears to have bought the Avalon Cabriole blanket in the colour Melon, which sells on the Hermès website for $1,375.
People were quick to point out that this designer blanket is being used for a newborn baby.
One person said: “Cost of my rent to get spit up on by a baby.”
Someone else added: “People can’t afford to eat, keep power on, and put gas in the car, and you’re posing with your baby in front of a Hermès baby blankie.”
