Cannon 42, tells Entertainment Tonight that he is praying for the actor but does know that ‘he is doing better’.

He says: “Man, I’m praying.

“You see, I posted on Instagram. I literally have been saying prayers out loud. Words of affirmation for my big brother.

“I know he’s doing so much better because I’m actually about to do something special for him, and do him a favour.”

While Cannon wouldn’t reveal what that favour is, he has revealed that it will be ‘out there soon’.

He continues: “I can’t really say what it is, but it’ll be out there soon.

“I was reluctant to go all the way there, and even talk about it, but he gave me the blessing, so it’s a beautiful thing. He’s awake. They say he’s alert, so, we love it.

“That’s family right there.”

In an Instagram post paying tribute to Foxx, Cannon pens: “Prayer Changes Things! Living Testament!

“Let’s all speak complete and total recovery for the most talented human on earth with a Spirit bigger than this small planet!!

“God’s power is working through you as we speak! Sickness, Low frequencies nor negativity have any authority over your life King!”

Cannon then proceeds to say that he is sending ‘healing energy’ to Foxx, as well as love to his family.

According to TMZ, Foxx’s condition was initially so serious that it forced his family – some of which were not in town – to visit him at the hospital.

It had also been reported that the Day Shift actor remains in the hospital as they look for a diagnosis of his mysterious condition.

A source close to Foxx claims: “They are running tests and still trying to figure out what exactly happened.”

While he remains hospitalised, a source also tells People that the actor is ‘steadily improving’.

The ‘Gold Digger’ singer was admitted into hospital while filming the Netflix action-comedy film Back in Action, alongside Cameron Diaz and Glenn Close.

Filming was temporarily shut down following news of Foxx’s health but it has reportedly since wrapped up.

It’s believed that a stand-in has been used for scenes including the Collateral star but extras were told that a scene was scrapped due to ‘changes in production’, according to People.
