Noel Gallagher’s daughter Anaïs has revealed that she would fall asleep during her dad’s Oasis gigs when she was younger.
The model, who is the daughter of the music legend and Meg Matthews, said that she would be snoring ‘by the time they got to Wonderwall,’ despite them being one of the most iconic bands of all time.
She said: “I remember watching them playing Wembley when I was 8 or 9. I usually fell asleep by the time they got to ‘Wonderwall’ and ‘Don’t Look Back In Anger’.
“At the side of the stage we would pull up two chairs and I would curl up and fall asleep.”
Despite missing a lot of her dad’s sets because she was snoring, Anaïs says that one of her favourite songs from the band has to be ‘Don’t Look Back in Anger’.
The model is close to her rocker dad however, she recently ‘flew the nest’ and got her own apartment.
Sharing the news on Instagram, her mum Meg wrote: “Anaïs [has] flown the nest so happy in her new home looking exactly how I imagined it would. Cooking to her heart’s delight.”
Due to the party animal reputation attained by her parents, the model initially struggled to rent.
She told The Mirror: “I’ve not got apartments that I’ve tried to rent because of it. The landlords are thinking I’m going to have mad ones every night.
“Having parents who’ve been a bit crazy made me go the opposite way.”
