Paula Abdul has alarmed fans with her appearance, with some saying they ‘don’t recognise her’.
Abdul, 60, found fame choreographing award-winning music videos before launching her own successful solo career in the late 1980s.
The Hollywood Walk of Famer is also well-known for her youthful looks and previously, she’s shared her ‘secret’ to maintaining them.
Now, however, she’s caused a stir after posting some Instagram snaps that fans are accusing her of editing.

The ‘Opposites Attract’ singer posted a number of photos from socialite and designer Kathy Hilton’s A-list Christmas party.
But many of her 495,000 followers were soon taken aback by her appearance in the images.
In one snap of herself alongside Hilton, it’s fair to say Abdul looks at least two or three decades younger than she actually is – leading to mockery in the comments and speculation over whether she’s edited them.
Fans were left convinced the ex-American Idol judge only used a filter on her own face, while 63-year-old Hilton remained unedited.

Abdul’s followers were left even more convinced the singer had ‘edited’ the images after she shared a video of the same event, in which she looked more how people would expect her to.
With almost perfectly smooth and unblemished skin, she captioned the post: “@kathyhilton always throws the most fabulous holiday party. Merry Christmas!
“I hope everyone is having a wonderful day relaxing, celebrating and surrounded by friends and family.
“Sending you lots of love and holiday cheer. XoP.”
In another snap, it did not go unnoticed that model Heidi Klum – who is 11 years younger than Abdul – looked considerably older than her.
While in another photo with Real Housewives of Beverley Hills star Crystal Kung Minkoff and another with Terri Seymour, Abdul appeared to look a lot more natural and closer to her actual age.
Her alleged face-filtering also didn’t seem as obvious in a picture of herself DJ’ing the party with Paris Hilton.
While many took to the comments to compliment Abdul, a fair few were less than impressed by the alleged image doctoring.
One person wrote: “Someone stole Paula’s Insta… that’s an entirely different face!”
Another said: “This looks like a completely different person.”

“Did the account get hacked?” asked another. “Who am I even looking at?”
Another offered Abdul some advice: “Paula, you’re beautiful.
“There’s no need to edit your photos to the point people don’t recognise you.”
Another confused fan wrote: “Wow. I don’t understand this. Everyone knows what you actually look like.
“The amount of editing here is embarrassingly obvious.”
Another fan teased: “Paula, we’ve all seen your face before. And this ain’t it.”
