Simon Cowell has concerned fans with his recent appearance, with many claiming that they ‘don’t recognise him’.
The British TV personality has suffered a series of health scares in recent years.
In 2020, he broke his back after falling off his electric motorcycle at his home in Malibu, California.
Speaking to Extra TV, Cowell revealed that he is lucky to still be walking.
Then most recently he had surgery to achieve an ‘ageless face’.

The 63-year-old told The Sun at the time that although ‘it hurts like hell’, it helps him ‘get rid of sun damage and unplugs all the c***’.
Although Cowell has always been open about his use of surgery and botox in the past, this hasn’t stopped fans from expressing their concern following his most recent appearance.
It all started when the Britain’s Got Talent Twitter account uploaded a now-deleted video promoting the upcoming series.

In the footage, the dad-of-one encourages people to apply for the popular ITV show.

Cowell says: “I always say on this show, two or three minutes can change your life. And it has. And maybe this time it’s gonna be you.
“So please audition now for next year’s season and I look forward to meeting you.”
After seeing the footage, many fans have said they’ve been left speechless and have taken to social media to share their thoughts.
One person wrote: “Well… I’m torn between my general hatred of Simon Cowell’s TV shows and being alarmed by how he looks these days. I’m going for the latter this morning.”
“Is that Simon Cowell? What’s happened to his face?” another questioned.
A third said: “That doesn’t look like him at all.”
While a fourth asked: “What’s he done to his face?”
Someone else pointed to Cowell’s motorcycle accident as a reason behind his appearance, as they commented: “He did have a bad auto accident a few years ago perhaps it is from that accident.”

However, some trolls have taken the opportunity to poke fun at the music mogul.
“Simon Cowell brought to you via Nintendo Gamecube it seems,” commented someone.
Another person said: “Simon Cowell looks like someone tried to draw Nick Knowles from memory.”
While others have said he looks like his Maddam Tussauds waxwork.
The TV personality is getting ready for the 16th season of BGT.
Recently, BBC News reported that judge David Walliams could be stepping down from the panel.
A spokesperson for the show said the judges for the upcoming season will be announced in ‘due course’.
