Pete Davidson is becoming well known for dating some of the most desirable women in Hollywood.

Now a body language expert has explained why the Saturday Night Live star, 28, is like ‘catnip’ to female celebrities.

Over the past few years, he’s been romantically linked to Kate Beckinsale, Margaret Qualley, Kaia Gerber, Phoebe Dynevor, Ariana Grande, Kim Kardashian and model Emily Ratajkowski.

While word on the street is that Davidson possesses ‘BDE’ (which stands for big d*** energy), others have questioned whether there’s more to it.

Body language expert Judi James has spoken to MailOnline and revealed that there’s a reason why the comedian is ‘continually punching above his weight’.

According to James, Davidson’s laidback and easygoing nature stands out amongst the celebrity crowd.

She explained: “It looked like Kim was his ultimate ‘all the cherries aligned’ fruit machine-type win but now he’s dating Emily Ratajkowski, proving there is no glass ceiling on romance as far as Pete is concerned.”

James said that after having bad experiences with exes, Davidson ‘could be like therapy for women’.

She continued: “Pete is the guy with the goofy grin and the body language and fashion finesse of a party-loving teenager.

“Not only does Pete look like a man who is continually punching above his weight, but he also acts like it too with his body language. He tends to look starstruck in a very flattering way.

“The more beautiful a woman is the more she tends to attract the arrogant narcissist. Pete looks like the opposite, which could be refreshing.”

James also said that Davidson’s humour is key to his womanising ways.

The expert explained that in a world where people ‘often take themselves a little too seriously’, Davidson’s ‘ability to crack one-liners’ can be considered ‘super attractive’.

She added: “The way his relationships get measured in months rather than years, but without any painful, ego-crushing endings, could make him the perfect ‘fun and wild’ therapy for any woman coming out of a painful divorce.”

Earlier this week, it was reported that Davidson was spotted out on a date with Emily Ratajkowski.

Celebrity page DeuxMoi uploaded an alleged sighting of the potential couple in Brooklyn, New York.

The anonymous submission’s caption read: “CAN’T BELIEVE I’M SAYING THIS ANON PLS.

“EMRATA AND PETE DAVIDSON ON A DATE IN BROOKLYN TOGETHER. HOLDING HANDS AND ALL.”

It also alleged: “His hands were all over her and they’re clearly hooking up.”

Following the possible sighting, an Us Weekly source revealed that Davidson and Ratajkowski, 31, have ‘been talking for a couple of months now’.

Although nothing has been confirmed as of yet, it wouldn’t be a complete shock if the pair were an item.

Around a year ago, Ratajkowski appeared on Late Night With Seth Meyers and shared her thoughts on the SNL star.

The Gone Girl actress said she can understand why women fall for Davidson.

“He’s got the height, obviously women find him very attractive,” she said.

“I feel like only other men feel that way. Guys are like, ‘Wow, what’s that guy got?’ He seems super charming, vulnerable, lovely.

“His fingernail polish is awesome. He looks good! Good relationship with his mother, we love it!”
