Prince Harry is planning to ‘rebrand’ himself as his ‘US idol,’ Barack Obama, in order to prepare for his upcoming book, according to a royal commentator.

The Duke of Sussex is set to release a tell-all memoir, which is rumoured to be similar to the former President’s own biography that came out in 2020.

Kinsey Schofield, the founder of the ToDiForDaily website, said, according to the Express: “What I think he’s trying to do is brand himself as a Mark Zuckerberg, Barack Obama.”

He added: “I think he is trying to brand himself as a leader in the United States and will use his book to try to do that.

“He wanted to try to rewrite his story and to be this phoenix rising from the ashes.”

Prince Harry moved to America in 2020 with his wife, Meghan Markle, in which they removed themselves from doing Royal duties.

The couple now lives in California with their two children, Archie and Lillibet.

The Duke announced he was writing a book last year and explained: “I’m writing this not as the prince I was born but as the man I have become.

“I’ve worn many hats over the years, both literally and figuratively, and my hope is that in telling my story – the highs and lows, the mistakes, the lessons learned – I can help show that no matter where we come from, we have more in common than we think.

“I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to share what I’ve learned over the course of my life so far and excited for people to read a first-hand account of my life that’s accurate and wholly truthful.”

Despite Prince Harry being excited about his upcoming book, sources close to the Royal Family are believed to be ‘nervous,’ according to Page Six

Apparently, they feel this could have similar implications to the couple’s world-famous interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021.
