A man has shared a list of reasons why men prefer to date curvier women and it’s going viral.
When it comes to searching for ‘The One’, people tend to have a physical ‘type’ they gravitate towards.
While conventional beauty standards tend to dictate that slimmer figures are more attractive to men, this list proves that this isn’t always the case.
And people are absolutely loving it!

One writes: “I mean. I’m a big girl and never have had a problem finding a man. Most of them have been skinny in shape men. My husband is tall and thin. The opposite of me. He loves every ounce of me. Love is love. Attraction is attraction. It shouldn’t matter. Everyone has their preferences!”
Another adds: “Always have. Always will.”
While a third jokes: “Einstein answered this one – ‘The more mass the greater the force of attraction’.”
“Thick women are just more sexy,” somebody else comments.
It seems as though this preference is shared by A-listers too.
John Cena received praise following an interview with Howard Stern, in which he discussed sleeping with a curvier woman – as people weren’t a fan of how Stern approached the discussion.
However, fans loved how Cena ‘deflected’ the derogatory undertone of the conversation, responding: “Believe it or not there was an instance not too long ago where I hit the 280 mark.”
He added: “I’m pretty polite and respectful to everybody so there was that moment and then she walks away and then the boys start getting on, ‘Yeah, you won’t do it’. And it wasn’t like, ‘OK, I’ll do it’, tail between my legs going over there. I said, ‘Not only will I do it, I’ll enjoy it’. And I did. It was a great night.”
Pierce Brosnan has also been outspoken about his love for his wife, having previously revealed ‘friends offered her surgery to reduce her weight’.
The Die Another Day star said: “But I strongly love every curve of her body. She is the most beautiful woman in my eyes. And also because she had our five children.”
Defending his wife, Brosnan went on to add: “In the past, I truly loved her for her person, not only for her beauty, and now I’m loving her even more that she is my children’s mother. And I am very proud of her, and I always seek to be worthy of her love.”
It looks like the world agrees with Brosnan too.
Just last year, plus-size model Ashley Graham topped Maxim’s Hot 100 list.
“We can look at everybody’s shapes and sizes, gender, ethnicity, and age as part of who they are; it doesn’t have to be a negative or a positive,” she declared.
“It should be something that’s easily embraced, and we don’t need to be having these conversations all the time. Our bodies are always changing, and they’re always evolving. I’ve been using my own body as a tool to be able to talk about these feelings.”

The creator of the viral list shares that ‘eating is one of life’s great pleasures’ and that if he’s tucking into dessert, his partner should enjoy some too!
He says that while it’s important to be healthy, it’s also essential to make sure you’re enjoying life to the max.
2. Better cuddles
The anonymous man continues: “I like bigger women for the same reason I like my body pillow more than my regular pillow.”
3. Great personalities
Men don’t just love a curvy woman for her body, they also love her upbeat and complex personality.
4. Curves
The man points out that a woman’s curves come in all the right places, from boobs to butt.
“I’m even into the tummy and back of the arms,” he adds. “I personally love the muffin top thing when a woman doesn’t want to give up her favorite pair of pants that seem to be shrinking.”
5. Sensuality
And lastly, the man says curvier women make ‘better lovers’.
“Follow the logic. How does one get extra cuddliness? Two ways. Eat more. Exercise less. What is eating? Pleasure. What is exercising? Not pleasure. What does a pleasure-oriented woman do? Eat more. Exercise less. What else is pleasurable? Tee hee. Cuddly women are better lovers,” he explains.
