Robert De Niro has welcomed his seventh child at the age of 79.
The Goodfellas star is one of the most famous actors of all time – having starred in classic films such as The Godfather Part II, Taxi Driver and Heat.
He has picked up a number of accolades throughout his career including two Academy Awards, a Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild Lifetime Achievement Award.
And now the Raging Bull star has shared some good news that has happened in his personal life.

De Niro has announced that he recently welcomed his seventh child at the age of 79.
Speaking to ET Canada while promoting his latest film About My Father, The Irishman actor was discussing his approach to parenthood.
He tells the outlet: “I mean, there’s no way around it with kids. I don’t like to have to lay down the law and stuff like that.

“But, [sometimes] you just have no choice.
“And any parent, I think, would say the same thing. You always want to do the right thing by the children and give them the benefit of the doubt but sometimes you can’t.”
The interviewer then goes on to ask De Niro about his six children, before he gets corrected by the Casino actor as he says ‘seven actually’.
“I just had a baby,” he adds.
De Niro did not reveal who the mother of his latest baby is.
However, About My Father co-star Kim Caterall may have revealed the anonymous mother’s identity as she reportedly congratulated De Niro and his rumoured girlfriend Tiffany Chen at the premiere of their film.
Speaking to Extra, the Sex and the City star said: “God bless him, his significant other. Tiffany is such a beautiful woman. She came to the set once with her family and watched filming, and she was gorgeous and sweet.
“I’m happy for both of them.”
Meanwhile, his other co-star, Sebastian Maniscalco, told the outlet that he had no idea De Niro was expecting another child – but congratulated him on the latest addition to the family.

He has six children from previous relationships.
De Niro and his first wife, actress Diahnne Abbott, are parents to daughter Drena, 51, – who he adopted from Abbott’s previous relationship – and son Raphael, 46.
In 1995, the Once Upon A Time In America star welcomed twin sons Julian and Aaron, 27, with his former girlfriend, model and actress Toukie Smith.
De Niro has a son Elliot, 24, and daughter Helen Grace, 11, with his ex-wife, Grace Hightower.
The Meet The Parents actor also has four grandchildren – one from Drena and three from Raphael.
