The band were one of the biggest groups of the late 90s and early 2000s.

The band split up in 2003 but is set to celebrate its 25th anniversary with a special tour.
However, a scheduled appearance from members of the band has sparked some controversy.

The owner of the bar, Josh Peverley, has spoken to the Isle of Wight County Press about the incident, explaining that the situation was ‘out of their hands’.
He says: “Sadly, this situation was out of our hands, and when we booked the show earlier this year there was no speculation or confirmation of an S Club 7 reunion, for which contractual obligations meant they weren’t able to appear for the show we had booked and sold tickets to.”
