She first jokingly replied: “What? I’m 41! No, I’m just kidding.”

She then revealed one big beauty tip, admitting: “My grandmother taught me to never wash my face in the morning.

“It’s not disgusting guys.”

The 57-year-old went on to explain: “What happens at night is your skin produces all the oils that your skin needs to look youthful. It regenerates.”

“So, wash your skin really great at night but don’t wash the hard work off your skin in the morning.”

And now, in an interview with ET Online, Hayek has revealed yet another of her secrets to looking so young.

“I really believe it is. People say it’s exercising. I think it’s meditation,” she explains.

“You have to find your way. For me, exercising is hard… It’s really, really difficult to have the discipline to do it.

“But meditation is a walk in the park, because it’s my own form of it.”

She adds: “You sit in a moment with yourself, that’s already meditation. But I do it every day.”

Hayek confirms her dedication to meditating with Kelly Ripa on an episode of her Let’s Talk Off Camera podcast.

“Because of a lot of pain in my body and health issues, somehow I developed this strange meditation that I keep evolving,” Hayek explains.

“I can do it for hours because you don’t feel the time, and it’s so much fun because it’s not like you sit there and you think of nothing. It’s actually feeling the energy and it moves and it dance inside of you.”

“No Botox,” she adds.
