Sam Smith is being slammed over their ‘satanic’ Grammys performance by viewers.
Smith, 30, shot to fame after featuring on Disclosure’s track ‘Latch’ more than a decade ago.
They are now one of the UK’s biggest pop stars and they’ve even won an Oscar for their James Bond hit ‘Writing’s On The Wall’.
Smith’s track ‘Unholy’ with singer Kim Petras is currently one of the biggest songs in the charts – but their performance of it at the Grammy Awards has sparked outrage.

The music video for ‘Unholy’ included s**ual imagery and lustful dancers – so when it came to their performance, it should have come as no surprise that it was going to be jaw-dropping.
Smith and Petras, 30, took to the stage after winning Best Pop Duo/Group performance award.
During the routine, the pair wore horned headgear and bright red clothing.
Viewers of the Grammys are now accusing the pair of performing a ‘satanic ritual’ when up on the stage.

Taking to Twitter, one person says: “I just came for the music and nominees, not a satanic ritual Sam Smith.”
Another adds: “Surely that’s inappropriate for young kids.
“You wouldn’t let a kid walk into a s**** club seeing women with tassels on, so why would you let them watch a music video with Sam Smith wearing them?”
While a third viewer tweets: “Sam Smith should be banned from the Grammys just because of what they were wearing.”
“That wicked performance by Sam Smith was a satanic ritual. You can’t tell me otherwise,” a fourth person comments.
Someone else says: “This performance was really disrespectful and inappropriate.”
But many Grammys viewers have also taken to the comments to say that Smith and Petras put on an ‘iconic’ performance.
Congratulating the stars, one fan writes: “The ‘Unholy’ performance was sooo iconic OMG!!! Sam Smith and Kim Petras.”
“Congratulations Sam Smith Kim Petras!!!” another adds. “Thank you for being the amazing artists and humans that you are!! #Grammys.”
A third viewer pens: “Omg this Sam Smith performance is amazing!!!!”
During the Grammys, Smith and Petras also took to the stage to accept their award.

Petras made history at the event, as she is the first transgender woman to win the Grammy Award for Best Pop Duo/Group performance.
In her speech, Petras says: “Sam graciously wanted me to accept this award because I am the first transgender woman to win this award.”
The ‘Coconuts’ singer goes on to thank ‘all the incredible transgender legends before me who kicked these doors open for me so I could be here tonight’.
She also thanks LGBTQI icon and Queen of Pop Madonna, adding: “Madonna for fighting for LGBTQ rights, thank you so much, I don’t think I could be here without Madonna.”
