Her new man, Caleb Willingham, 39, proposed in the parking lot of an Ohio rehab facility.

A source close to the 1000-lb Sisters star said: “She began dating Caleb in rehab, and I’m so happy they met in person and were not dating online.”

Wasting no time, they officially tied the knot at Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Ohio on Saturday, November 19.

Tammy told People: “You all knew me as Tammy Slaton, but now you’ll all know me as Mrs Tammy Willingham.

Tammy and Caleb are believed to have met at the rehab centre and soon fell head over heels.

The couple invited 30 friends and family members to the ‘small’ wedding bash.

Photographs from the ceremony show Tammy wearing a white gown and a tiara, posing with her sister and co-star Amy who wore an orange dress and sported purple hair.

Following their engagement, The Sun reported that the pair ‘shared a lot of the same struggles’ and had become a ‘huge support’ for each other in rehab.

Now, Caleb is set to move to Kentucky to spend more time with his new wife.

Of course, the engagement and subsequent wedding will be detailed in the next series of 1000-lb Sisters, which premieres on January 17, 2023.

Tammy’s love life has been previously well-documented on the show.

Last year, she was shown splitting from her then-partner Philip, whose sister Amy said wanted her to be ‘a glutton’.

Unlike Caleb, Tammy met Philip on social media and admitted that he was renowned online for his preference for dating ‘bigger women’.

He even claimed that he wouldn’t date any woman who weighed less than 300lbs.

In the end, Tammy said she was ‘tired of fighting’ with him and they broke up in a December episode.

Amy said on the show: “Tammy told me she broke up with Phil, and I’m like, about damn time.

“Now you need to work on yourself. Tammy don’t need somebody that wants her to be a glutton.

After the split, Tammy said that the ‘door’s always open’ to talking to potential partners.

She said: “I don’t talk to as many people as I used to. I am trying to be more careful.

“But every day, I get a comment like, ‘Hey baby, you cute. I wanna take you out’.”

Finally, Tammy appears to have found true happiness with Caleb.
