TikTok star Lorenzo Della Femine has tragically died aged 40.

The Italian influencer, who was known as Mister Pella Pazzo on the social media platform, had over 1.9 million followers.

Femine would upload content of his luxury lifestyle – including flashy cars and designer suits.

As well as documenting his lavish life, the content creator would also post videos of his wife Assunta and their three children having fun.

The influencer was reportedly playing with his children at his home in Casalnuovo di Napoli – near Naples – when he collapsed on the floor and apparently suffered a heart attack, according to Italian outlet La Stampa.

Femine was reportedly rushed to hospital where medics tried their best to revive him, but unfortunately, he died shortly after.

Assunta confirmed his death in an Instagram post, writing: “I feel so bad. I can’t believe it.”

Hours before Femine’s death, Assunta posted a TikTok to update fans on his condition.

She reportedly said in the video: “Good morning, everyone. Lorenzo is not doing very well at the moment. He sends a kiss to everyone.

“Between tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, he will reply to everyone.”

Fans of the influencer have since taken to social media to pay tribute to Femine.

Actor Massimo Cerbone was among those paying tribute, penning: “We met on the set of Gomorrah 5. Too soon to die. Have a good journey, Misterpellapazzo.”

“I can’t believe it. RIP Lorenzo,” another adds.

A third fan adds: “In some bad times in my life, your videos with your gorgeous family always brought a smile to my face, I feel devastated like family. Thank you for everything Lorè.”

“I’m speechless Lorenzo, we heard today, I’m very sad, it doesn’t feel real,” comments a fourth.

Someone else says: “In this moment of pain, I’m holding on to your family’s pain. Fly as high as you can.”

“Make us laugh even in heaven, Lore,” writes another fan.

Since his death, Assunta has had to warn Femine’s fans of scammers, who have tried to profit off his passing.

Posting on TikTok, she reportedly said: “I have to disassociate myself from these people who are doing live broadcasts and say they are collecting money for me and my family to pay for my husband’s funeral.

“Nothing is true, don’t donate anything to these people. Thanks to everyone.”

It has been reported by Metro that Femine’s funeral has already taken place in his home town of Casalnuovo di Napoli.
