The Little Mermaid fans have been left horrified after being served seriously ‘dark’ food at the movie premiere.

The live-action adaption of the Disney classic has been one of the most anticipated films of the year.

While some may have raised concerns that the new movie will stray too far from the much-adored and original storyline, others have been unimpressed with the casting of Halle Bailey.

Despite this, many have been eagerly anticipating The Little Mermaid’s arrival in cinemas – but this has also led to quite some drama.

Those who went are now taking to TikTok and sharing their thoughts on the questionable choice of food.

One attendee, named Cody Jon, has taken to the social media platform and shared a clip of the delicacy, alongside the caption: “To whoever planned this. You’re sick. But also brilliant.”
