Harry Potter actor Tom Felton had an eight-year relationship with his co-star and not many fans know about it.
Felton, 36, rose to fame when he was 12 years old by playing Potter’s nemesis Draco Malfoy in all eight wizarding films.
Despite featuring in a number of other projects – including Rise of the Planet of the Apes and The Flash TV series – the actor will be synonymous with his appearances in the Harry Potter franchise.
While the movie had a huge impact on Felton’s career, it seems that it also had an impact on his personal life.

Felton began dating a fellow Harry Potter actress in 2008.
They met on the set Harry Potter, it turns out that they weren’t the only ones who found love during filming.
Evanna Lynch, who played Luna Lovegood in the franchise, secretly dated one of her co-stars for nine years.
The 32-year-old met Robbie Jarvis, 37, on the set of Order of the Phoenix and the pair hit it off.
The couple secretly dated until 2015 and then made their relationship public with a number of snaps on Instagram.
However, Lynch confirmed they had broken up at the premiere of the Harry Potter spinoff, Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them, but insisted they were still close friends.
She told Us Weekly: “We’re both vegans, so we go to a lot of vegan events together. So yeah, we’re good friends.”
And as for Felton’s squeeze, she actually appeared alongside Felton in Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows – Part 2.
She played Astoria Greengrass – the wife of Malfoy – in the epilogue scene in which the characters are older.

In an interview with Daily Mail, Felton opened up about their romance, saying: “We met on the set five years ago. It was love at first sight in the Hogwarts Great Hall – for me at least. Jade had been asked to be an extra for the day.
“The Slytherin table were doing our naughty thing, looking around for good-looking girls, and she caught my eye.
“The weird thing is, I didn’t really see her or speak to her for about two years after that, then we ran into each other on set again, and three cups of tea later, here we are.”
Sadly, the pair split up in 2016 and since then, Felton has revealed that playing Malfoy had an effect on his dating life.
He told The Guardian in 2022: “Some people really struggle with the idea that I wasn’t this special, popular kid. But I was walking around with dyed hair and played an evil wizard. It wasn’t cool. It did me no favours with the girls.”
The partner in question was stunt assistant Jade Gordon, 36!
