Flight Passenger Loses It After Child Stabs Her With Fork: ‘I’m Gonna F*** Her Up’
A viral video shows a heated confrontation after a young child stabs a fellow flight passenger with a fork while her mother sleeps.
A 14-hour Qatar Airways flight from Doha to New York turned into a nightmare scenario when a young child allegedly stabbed a fellow passenger with a metal fork while her mother slept.
The social media incident has divided viewers over appropriate responses to unruly children on flights.
The incident, captured in a now-viral TikTok, shows a little girl in a pink dress standing in the airplane aisle holding a fork.
In the footage, a passenger urgently tries to get a flight attendant’s attention, stating: “She’s over here stabbing people with forks.”
The viral video has sparked intense debate online about appropriate responses to unruly children and parental responsibility during flights.
Comments ranged from sympathy for the frustrated passenger to criticism of threatening violence against a child, Kidspot reports.
“Y’all laughing, but this is not okay,” one viewer wrote, while another stressed: “It’s only a child for crying out loud!”
However, much of the criticism focused on the lack of parental supervision.
“Why is she walking around the plane with a steel fork in the first place?” one commenter questioned.
Another echoed: “Where’s the parent? Who lets their kid just randomly bother people?”
Some viewers found dark humor in the situation, with one commenting: “Not you grabbing your slipper like she was a roach.”
Others directed their frustration at the parenting rather than the child’s behavior.
“I feel like it’s the parents who deserve the slipper,” one user wrote. Another added: “People should be better parents and stop letting their kids run all over them.”
The situation quickly intensified when the stabbed passenger, clearly agitated, complained to flight attendants about the attack.
“She just randomly stabbed me with a fork,” the woman told the flight attendant while holding up her sandal threateningly.
The passenger’s anger was palpable as she warned, “I’m going to f**k her up. I don’t know whose kid that is. I’d get her. I’m going to smack the s**t out of her.”
The video shows flight attendants attempting to defuse the situation by removing the fork from the child’s hand and waking the sleeping mother.
However, according to the person filming, the mother’s response was minimal.
“Her momma didn’t do nothing,” the woman shared in a follow-up explanation video, per Vice. “At this point, we feel like the mom was probably tired and definitely wanted someone else to watch her kids.”
The stabbing incident was reportedly just one part of a longer pattern of disruptive behavior during the lengthy flight.
According to the passenger who filmed the encounter, the child had been ‘terrorizing’ other customers for approximately seven hours, including interfering with another passenger’s TV remote, which eventually caused that person to change seats.
“She was terrorizing us for almost seven hours on the plane,” the woman claimed in a follow-up video.
“We never heard anything from the mom as far as sorry, thank you, anything like that towards us, towards the flight attendant… This 4-year-old is a menace.”
The passenger filming described the difficult decision facing those affected: “I don’t know what to say. It was in between, do we jump her or do we beat the mama up?”
According to reports from NDTV, flight attendants made efforts to keep the children entertained for the remainder of the trip to prevent further disruptions.
