Amber Heard’s name was temporarily ‘changed on IMDb by hackers’ to read ‘Amber Turd’.

According to reports, the misspelling occurred in Google’s search results when people looked for her page on the online database for movies and TV shows.

‘Turd’ is another word for ‘faeces’ but can also be used to describe ‘a contemptible person’.

The joke comes from an alleged incident Johnny Depp has claimed happened during their marriage.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star told jurors during his defamation trial that in 2016, poop was found on his bed.

It’s believed that Heard insisted the faeces came from one of their dogs, which were Yorkshire terriers. However, Depp has always been adamant this wasn’t the case.

When recalling the moment he saw photos of the incident, he said: “My initial response to that was, I laughed. It was so outside, it was so bizarre and so grotesque that I could only laugh.”

Hashtags such as #MePoo and #AmberTurd have been doing the rounds since the alleged incident was made public.

Elsewhere in the trial, Heard recalled an alleged incident where her ex-husband’s breath smelled like ‘alcohol and weed’.

The now 36-year-old claimed: “We take off and at some point, he’s asking me what’s wrong with me, do I have something to tell him… I already know that he’s drunk, I already know he’s using.

“He reeks of weed and alcohol, I mean his breath smelled so bad and I could anticipate that there was a no-win situation here.”

After hearing this particular comment, viewers of the trial noted that Depp appeared to be amused.
