A trained journalist, Millicent began her career in radio and local news before going on to work at BBC News, LADbible Group (UNILAD), and Reach plc (The Mirror and Daily Star). She joined KOMI Group in 2022.
Her work spans breaking news, viral trends, entertainment reporting and opinion, with a focus on championing underserved voices and driving conversations that matter.
She works closely with trainee journalists and universities, building partnerships that help students gain newsroom experience, develop practical skills and break into the industry.
