‘Black Alien’ has shared photos of what he used to look like before his extreme transformation.
Even if you don’t know his name, you’ll probably recognise Anthony Loffredo, aka ‘Black Alien’.
The French body modification enthusiast has previously gone viral after completely transforming his body.
But now, he’s opened up about how he looked before his transformation.
Loffredo says he used to be a ‘very sexy guy’.

The social media star has spent a lot of time and money to achieve his extreme look.
He’s a huge tattoo lover, with much of his body and even his eyeballs coloured in black.
He had multiple parts of his body fully removed, including his fingers, his upper lip, and part of his nose.
Loffredo has also indulged in the grim procedure of tongue splitting, creating a snake-like fork.
Recently, he took to Instagram to show off his latest body mod – carving the word ‘alien’ into his scalp.
Loffredo also shocked fans by announcing he’s coming to the end of his body-mod journey…
He posted on the social media platform: “This project to which I gave everything, love, passion, determination, strength, has lost its meaning over the years.
“I did not expect it to have so much impact on the world, to be known I did not know how to manage it and my project has lost its meaning.
“One thing is for sure I no longer want to touch my body or take anything off or put anything on, I am putting an end to the modification of my body for the moment I no longer like this world.
“I’m going to finish my full black all over the body and finish for the moment like this. Goodbye body modification.”
Speaking to the French paper Midi Libre, as per the New York Post, Loffredo has previously shared the reason why he opted for his out-there look, saying: “From a very young age, I have been passionate about mutations and transformations of the human body.

“I had a click when I was a security guard. I realised that I was not living my life the way I wanted. I stopped everything at 24 and left for Australia.
“I love getting into the shoes of a scary character. I often settle down somewhere and play a role, especially at night in the dark streets… I explore the contrast between the role I play and myself.”
However, it hasn’t always been an easy ride.
He explains (per Indy100): “I can’t find a job, there’s lots of negative stuff. It could be positive because you feel better, but you have to know there’s also a dark side.”
And now, speaking in a Channel 4 documentary, Loffredo has opened up about how he looked before his transformation.
Loffredo even showed filmmaker Arthur Bruel a picture of him before he began his ‘Black Alien’ project.
“But you were a very good-looking guy,” Bruel responds.
“Very sexy guy,” Loffredo agrees.
He adds that he was ‘happy, but not in the right body’.
“But I’m the same person! Same heart!” he continues. “But it’s not my body, my real body.”
One viewer writes: “Fascinating documentary! In the beginning of the video, I was kind of shocked by Anthony’s looks, but by the end, I didn’t notice his appearance because I felt I saw his heart. And that is the real Anthony.”
Another agrees: “I was really shocked by his appearance at first! He was a beautiful man and I can’t imagine wanting to look the way he does now. That’s me though. If he likes himself now then more power to him! He seems like a really sweet guy and his personality wins. Awesome job!”
