Adult Star Jesse Jane Has Died Aged 43
Adult star Jesse Jane has tragically died aged 43.
The adult performer, whose real name was Cindy Taylor, worked in the industry in the early 2000s and became one of its biggest stars.
She began her career with Digital Playground in 2002 before making appearances on Showtime’s Family Business.
Heartbreakingly, it has been announced that Jane has passed away.

Following the devastating news, people have taken to social media to pay tribute to the adult performer.
One person close to Jane writes: “Wow, what cruel and tragic timing on the first day of AVN 2024!! To have found out that a living legend, one of [the] sweetest and s**iest women to ever do p***, THE Jesse Jane RIP.
“I’m proud and thankful I knew her for 15 years and she was always so kind and loving to me.”
Someone else pens: “Sad to hear about the passing of Cindy Taylor ‘Jesse Jane’. Every time we ran into her she was always so nice. RIP.”
A third adds: “Oh my god this is so sad! My deepest condolences!”
Another person comments: “So sad. My prayers and love are with their family.”
The adult star was found dead at her home in Moore, Oklahoma, after police reportedly went to her residence for a welfare check, according to TMZ.
The outlet reports that officers discovered both Jane and her boyfriend, Brett Hasenmueller, deceased.
The welfare check was allegedly requested by Hasenmueller’s employer – who hadn’t heard from him in a few days.
It is unclear how long exactly Jane and Hasenmueller were deceased at the property.
At the time of writing, an exact cause of death has yet to be disclosed but sources have reportedly told TMZ they believe it to be drug-related.
An investigation is underway, and the medical examiner will make a final determination.

Jane starred in a number of well-known adult films – including the Pirates movies.
The sequel, Pirates II: Stagnetti’s Revenge, is reportedly one of the most expensive adult films ever made – costing around $8 million to make.
Elsewhere in her career, Jane worked at Playboy, where she served as a host for a popular live show called Night Calls and hosted Playboy TV’s show Naughty Amateur Home Videos.
Throughout her tenure in the adult film industry, she hosted several award shows, including the AVN Awards multiple times, and she launched successful s** toy lines as well.
Jane is survived by her son.
