Christian Oliver, an actor famous for Indiana Jones, has been confirmed dead alongside his two daughters.

Oliver, born in Celle, West Germany, in 1972, had a prolific acting career.

He first rose to fame with his long-standing stint as Brian Kelleron in Saved by the Bell: The New Class in 1995.

Oliver’s most famous role was in the German action TV series Alarm für Cobra 11, which he starred in between 2002 and 2004.

And more recently, Oliver also offered his voice acting talents in Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, the most recent instalment of the major franchise.

Now, it’s been confirmed that Oliver has passed away.

And to make this story even more tragic, his two daughters died by his side.

It was confirmed that a plane had crashed in the waters off Bequia, which is part of St. Vincent in the Caribbean on Thursday, January 4.

Oliver was on board alongside the two children he shared with his ex-wife Jessica Mazur.

Madita and Annik, who were just 10 and 12 years old, also died in the crash.

There were no surviving plane passengers and the American pilot, Robert Sachs, was killed on impact.

The plane was making the journey between Bequia and St. Lucia when it began to encounter unspecified difficulties.

The plane nose-dived into the waters, which are around 70 feet deep.

Local fishermen helped authorities by initially searching the scene of the crash for survivors.

Police said: “The selfless and brave acts of the fishermen and divers is very much appreciated.”

The crash is still under investigation by authorities.

Oliver’s final heartbreaking Instagram post has gone viral following the devastating news.

He shared an image of a tropical beach, alongside a text overlay reading: “Let love rule. Wishing all of you the best for 2024!”

One fan commented: “My deepest sympathy to his wife on the unimaginable loss of Husband and two daughters. There are no words.”

In the wake of the tragedy, Oliver’s ex-wife, Mazur, has shared a statement on Instagram by Wundabar Pilates, the studio where she works.

“We are deeply saddened by the tragic plane accident on January 4, 2024, which took the lives of our beloved family members,” the statement reads.

“Madita, a vibrant 7th-grade student at Louis Armstrong Middle School, was known for her lively spirit and excelled in academics, dance, singing, and performances.

“Annik, a 4th-grade student at Wonderland Ave Elementary School, was recognised for her gentle yet strong demeanour. She was always the first to offer a kind word or a comforting hug. Her passions included basketball, swimming, and various forms of art.

“The deep bond, infectious laughter, and adventurous spirit shared by Madita and Annik will be profoundly missed in their communities.
