Tammy Slaton’s Husband Caleb Willingham’s Cause Of Death Confirmed
Caleb Willingham’s cause of death has been confirmed.
1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton’s husband, Caleb Willingham, died last year aged 40.
After meeting at an Ohio rehabilitation centre, Slaton and Willingham quickly fell in love and made their relationship official through marriage.
The pair were married for five months before confirming their separation.
Last year, Willingham’s untimely passing was announced.
And now, authorities have confirmed Willingham’s cause of death.

Willingham’s younger brother took to Facebook in July 2023 to share the heartbreaking news of his passing.
“I can’t believe I’m even making this post, but today GOD called my big brother home,” he wrote.
“RIP Caleb Willingham aka Killla K aka Double K aka one-half of the dynamic WWF tag team champions The W Boys aka my biggest supporter in anything I do.
“You will be forever loved and missed. Until we meet again.”
In her own tribute, Slaton shared her heartbroken sentiment.
She told People: “I am devastated to share the news of my husband’s passing. He was my best friend and I loved him dearly.
“When I met Caleb he became my guardian angel and now he really is watching over me.
“Our families appreciate everyone’s sympathy and ask that you respect our privacy at this time.”
In a follow-up post on Instagram, she wrote: “RIP sweet angel you will forever be missed and loved so much thank you Caleb for showing me real love and happiness.”
In response, a fan said: “This one hits too close to home man, my heart can’t believe what I’m reading y’all don’t even know.”
Another added: “Oh no, I’m so sorry! This makes me so sad. Caleb was one of the sweetest guys I’ve ever known. I’m so glad he and I crossed paths many years ago.”
While a third commented: “Omg. Prayers to you, Tammy, and all his friends and family.”
In a TikTok video posted on July 2, two days after her husband died, Slaton said: “I hate getting on here and letting everybody see me like this.
“I’m having stages of grief. Yeah, we were having problems, but I loved that man. I still do.”
She continued: “I miss him like crazy, but I wanted to thank everybody for your comments. I appreciate them, I really do. We’re not going to get into details of what happened. I think that, no offence, but that’s really personal.”
Following the tragic announcement, details slowly came forth about Willingham’s passing.
The police report also stated: “Medical staff were on-scene with the patient when he became unresponsive.
“During this Officer’s involvement with the incident, there were no indications of any criminal activity. This death investigation is concluded by this department.”
Willingham’s official cause of death has now been confirmed.
