Vera Wang has confirmed her age as people doubt she’s a pensioner.
Wang is an American fashion designer and she became the youngest ever editor at Vogue magazine.
She went on to join Ralph Lauren before becoming an independent bridalwear designer at 40 years old.
The designer has authored a book, won several awards and launched lines of clothing, accessories and home fashion products.
Due to her youthful looks, many of Wang’s fans have been left wondering how old she actually is – and she’s finally shared all.

It all started when someone took to Twitter and shared snaps of the designer, alongside a caption expressing disbelief about her being 70 years old.
And yes, just in case you’re wondering, Wang was born on June 27, 1949, making her now 74 years old.
Wang retweeted the post, saying: “Fact Check: Truth.”
Many fans have taken to the comments and shared their shock at finding out how old Wang really is.
One person tweets: “How is Vera Wang 70?! She’s the glitch in the matrix.”

The designer has previously opened up about maintaining her youthful looks, having told BBC that one of her secrets is simply sleep.
She explains: “I’ve been asked what are my secrets. I’ve got to be really honest, one of them is sleep.
“I value having a vodka cocktail at the end of the day because it helps me transition from a very intense work schedule to a bit of private life.”

She continues: “I’ve been in fashion since I was 19 years old. Not in front of the camera, behind it.
“I never thought about youth, probably because I work with the most beautiful women in the world on a daily basis.
“And because of that I envision them as my muses, and maybe it’s a way of dealing with ageing that is productive.
“So I always said that vodka cocktail, a lot of sleep, but work, work is the magic elixir.”
